Beautiful Garden & Pool of Educity

Educity is an apartment towers block, inside Pakuwon City Surabaya. It has more than 3500 units total from all of their 4 towers. The room itself was just okay, the studio type was not wide, but they offer great neighborhoods and facilities, like their pool and garden. They have a really big pool, from shallow ones for kids to deep ones for adults. And they arranged it cleverly so the plant areas and pool shape forms a pretty view and has a nice trail distance for a walk in the morning. You can also just sit around on their benches and enjoy the atmosphere. The air was cool, too, in between those towers. So despite their small rooms, I think this apartment is still worth it!
