Tounosawa Ryokan is an old and traditional Japanese-style hot spring inn, located on the highlands of Gero Onsen, with a long history, and is recognized by the Japanese government as a 'registered tangible cultural property'. The inn is divided into three floors, including guest rooms, hot springs, and a restaurant. All rooms are designed in Japanese style, and most of them come with a private open-air hot spring pool. In the hot spring area, there are also public baths and open-air scenic baths. The hot spring water of Tounosawa Ryokan is alkaline, which is a natural soap, and the body feels smooth and comfortable after washing. In its more than 600 years of history, the hot spring water has never been interrupted and continues to flow to this day. After soaking in the hot spring, you can also enjoy paid massage services. The meals provided by the inn are multi-course set meals, which need to be confirmed before check-in or after the meal.
