Slow-cooked over a low flame, the aroma of onions, garlic, green and red peppers, and coriander hits you, perfectly blending with the large chunks of fish. The fish is tender and delicious, and the fish soup mixed with rice is absolutely divine! A minimum of three bowls is a must. ✨ Pork Belly Pancake Rolls The pancake is soft and chewy 🈶️, the alternating layers of fat and lean pork belly are deep-fried, creating a crispy texture with a hint of oil that is unforgettable at the first bite. Wrapped with cucumber and shredded green onions, it's refreshing and not greasy, and very satisfying. ✨ Shrimp Exploded in Oil The swamp shrimp are quite large, with a crispy shell and bouncy meat. The shrimp head still has roe, offering a sweet and fresh taste typical of the Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions. Dipping it in the sauce is simply irresistible. Other dishes like crispy pork intestines, chili stir-fried pork, hand-torn lamb chops are also quite impressive.
