#hotelreview Bob w chat was great, even noticing that I had two Bob W's booked at the same time so I was able to cancel one. Easy access to the room, luggage storage, even a washer. I did use the dryer function since no one was there. It was very hot and shunk my free pjs I got on the plane so don't use the dryer unless you know it won't shrink! It had a kitchen you could cook in and a table to sit. I didn't like that there was no local front staff to ask questions. When we found the unit we had to climb 20+ stairs. There was a way to get to it from the street behind but we didn't know how. I stayed in the homey unit and there were two steps down from the bathroom.overall IT good
