The Shuzenji Temple was founded during the 9th century. It was said that this temple bore witness to countless tragedies, deceits, and legends of history in Shuzenji, specifically of the Minamoto family. It is such a privilege to personally see a temple as old and as historical as this. I just sat there for 30 minutes, enjoying the view, marveling at the old bell, the main temple building, and the old trees around.
