Our experience at the 大悦汤温泉汗蒸生活馆 spa was pretty much a whole day. We arrived and they took our shoes and gave us a locker tag. Then we went to our gendered areas, had a shower, dip in the hot baths, sauna and chilled out in the individual vase tubs for a little while. After that we met up in the central area in our pyjamas and spent around 2 hours going from hot rooms to cold rooms. Some with stones, bamboo yoga mats and each time we got to hot, we'd grab a cold shower and change pyjamas. In the afternoon we went for a massage together both opting for a whole body and then I had cupping on my back and lower legs. In the evening we studied a little in the central area on the beanbags and low tables, before we went to the third floor for the buffet dinner. They had 10+ local dishes, lamb and squid skewers, steak, steamed breads, shrimp and a large choice of soft drinks. My opinion of the spa is that it's a great value spot to relax, have a massage and chill out.
