CARLITO'S SEASIG: AMAZING FILIPINO FOOD TRIP

#celebratewithtrip I was craving for a "paluto" as in "lutong bahay" (food cooked in the house) other than fast food. I discovered Carlito's Seasig Seafood Paluto in Shaw Boulevard 574 Brgy. Highway Hills 1st District in Mandaluyong City. I ordered the following: 1. Sinigang na Tuna Belly sa Miso which is tuna belly in tamarind with miso savored salty flavor. 2. Adobong Pusit which is the squid cooked with soy sauce and vinegar, garlic and laurel. 3. Sizzling Pork Sisig which is the pig's parts like ears and face cooked with onions, chili peppers and calamansi. 4. and a big rice platter Yes... it is a very yummy experience.
