Martyrdom of Dr. Jose P. Rizal park

#manilatrip The historical park dedicated to the martyrdom of the national hero Jose Rizal is located in the most north-western part of Rizal Park, at the back of the monument commemorating the place of execution. In the center of the historical park, the scene of Jose Rizal's execution by a firing squad is recreated here. On the side there are several smaller monuments showing scenes from Jose Rizal's life as a doctor, lawyer, writer and political activist.
