Perking up my taste buds at Pilgrim

There are a very few restaurants that will leave you dreaming about their food even after a month of being there and I must say Pilgrim is one of these restos. Even if we have to drive for an hour from Davao City just to get here. The food, the ambiance, the cool mountain breeze makes all the trip worth it. Pilgrim serves a fusion of dishes and pastries. The resto boasts of an open layout and you can see their master chefs and souz chefs doing the kitchen hustle like a coordinated orchestra! Their main dishes boast of a plethora of flavors, a treat for the taste buds indeed! but for me, the capatone dish was the dessert, the burnt cheesecake was unforgettable! Even now as I write this post, I can still remember how its creaminess lingered and how it was complemented by its burnt edges. Do not miss on ordering it when you're here! insider info: We have heard that their master chef came home from Canada to establish a resto here.
