Kutsurogi Park

#thingstodo Please note that there is no information board and the entrance from Route 317 is difficult to find. The cherry blossoms were in bloom, but the wisteria trellis was not in bloom as it was still early in the season. There are stairs going down to the dam. There were quite a few people fishing. I think it would be a nice park if it was maintained a little better.
