The Otaru Music Box Museum is arguably one of Japan's top music box exhibition halls, consisting of two buildings: the main hall and the annex. It displays and sells exquisite music boxes collected from all over the world, including traditional types that are almost unseen on the market today. With over three thousand music boxes on exhibit, the collection includes highly collectible doll music boxes🎵 and automatic-playing music boxes, all of significant commemorative and collectible value. Traditional music boxes, which are rarely seen on the market nowadays, can all be found in the Otaru Music Box Museum. Additionally, some music boxes are available for visitors to purchase, allowing those who love music boxes to take a piece of the memory home. The main exhibition hall's architecture is ancient and stylish, with its dark red exterior walls and arched windows seemingly narrating the passage of time it has witnessed.
