Moalboa, Chinese tourists like to call it "Ink", it is the top diving spot in the Philippines. In Moalboa, there are three things that must be done: diving, going to the beach to drink beer, going to the seaside market street. On the beach, visitors to Western faces can be seen everywhere, but they seem to prefer sitting on the beach or in the shallow waters while diving, while drinking the local beer while bathing in the sun.
