Wonderful view from mandarin orchard

Do you want a short break in the city itself? Or do you want to find yourself a comfortable room to do some work or teleconference? Mandarin orchard will definitely be the option. Initially booked deluxe king room, however was told not available upon check-in, therefore complementary upgraded to Premier King room located at level 29. Though no bathtub, still the view from the window was pretty awesome. If you enjoy viewing the whole orchard town all the way to the marina bay, complimentary upgrade is totally worthy. Most of the landmark skyscrapers can be seen from level 29, MBS erects at far. The night lights of the city definitely warm your heart. Interior design wise is less oriental style but more modern and bistro, suitable for business trip or having a daycaytion to work in the room. I had multiple staycations at mandarin orchard for the past 1 year, though the building has been under renovation for quite a while. I am definitely looking forward to the rebranding and try out the new Hilton flagship hotel in SG, however deep down I feel a little bit sorrowful that this 50 year old Mandarin orchard hotel will be called Mandarin orchard anymore.
