It was founded by Chang Yang Fa, who is a toy enthusiast and collector. This museum houses his personal collection of vintage toys and childhood memorabilia, which is pretty extensive! Tickets are sold for $30 per entry with kids under seven years having free admission. This can include guided tours to bring guests through the exhibits. It can take about two hours to walk through all four storeys worth of artefacts, an educational way to spend the afternoon!
