Thessaloniki - A Waterfront City

After visiting the Meteora, we drove to Thessaloniki, which is the 2nd largest city of Greece. It’s a mid-sized city with a lovely waterfront - very lively atmosphere in the afternoon whereby everyone comes here for an afternoon drink. Also seafood is popular here and we absolutely enjoyed our dinner at a local restaurant called Ouzerie Lola Ουζερί Λόλα - freshly grilled squid, gnocchi shrimp and fried zucchini :)) very yumm!!!
