Fall & Meiji Jingu

#fallingforfall - When Japan reopened its borders I just had to fly to Tokyo for my first ever trip there! Visited the famous Meiji Jingu which was super beautiful and filled with greens - but little do you know that the trees 🌳 were ALL donated from other provinces and it’s not a natural forest 🌳! The shrine itself was very beautiful and peaceful too and the walk was a good 10-15 minutes but in the fall weather, it’s more cooling and comfortable :) Located just at the exit of Harajuku station, it’s super accessible to travel there and visit the shrine. be sure to only enter the shrine from the sides and bow towards the entrance before you leave!
