The Terracotta Warriors and Horses of Qin Shi Huang were hailed as "the eighth wonder of the world" and became a golden business card of ancient Chinese brilliant civilization. In 1978, former French President Jacques Chirac said after the visit: "There are seven miracles in the world. The discovery of Qin Lan can be said to be the eighth wonder. If you don't look at Qin, you can't count China." In March 1974, the peasants of Xiyang Village, Lushan Town, Linyi County, found a few broken clay pots of the same size as real people when they drilled wells in the area 1.5 km away from the tomb. And the excavation, the terracotta warriors and horses see the sky again. Pit 1 was discovered by farmers in the well, and the second pit was a scientific discovery by archaeologists. In April-May 1976, the archaeological team had a purposeful drilling work on the north side of the east end of the No. 1 pit. On April 23, another pit with terracotta warriors was discovered. The original terracotta warriors and horses have bright and harmonious paintings. Some of the pottery figurines found in the excavation process still retain vivid colors when they are unearthed. However, after being unearthed, they are oxidized by oxygen, and the color disappears in less than ten seconds. Made of white ash. What you can see now is only the traces of the remaining paintings.
