The hotel features a variety of food stations including a beverage station, Japanese cuisine station, dessert station, grill station, noodle station, fruit station, and seafood station. There is also an Indian chef preparing three types of flavored flying cakes (roti) and some Indian dishes on the spot, with the mango flying cake being personally recommended. The weekend special dishes are garlic-flavored small green dragons (a type of seafood) and Buddha Jumps Over the Wall (a luxurious Chinese soup), with a limit of one coconut per person. In light of the fishing season, the restaurant has introduced a soup made with giant grouper and lamb, known for its firm fish meat and bouncy skin. If you don't mind lamb, it's worth a try. For sashimi lovers, there are choices like platinum tuna, salmon, regular tuna, and sea bream, with the platinum tuna being particularly delicate and smooth. On a less positive note, the grilled oysters are somewhat bland and in short supply.
