Yuan Mountain National Forest Park | Climb high and look far to observe history

Yuan Mountain National Forest Park is located in the southwest of Boshan urban area, Zibo City, Shandong Province. It was approved for establishment by the National Forestry Department in 1992, with a total planned area of 1702 hectares. It has five major scenic areas and is a national youth activity camp, a natural reserve of Zibo City, a base for patriotic education, and an environmental education base. Yuan Mountain National Forest Park is a national AAAA tourist area, a national key scenic spot, one of the top ten new attractions in Shandong Province, and one of the top ten forest parks in Shandong Province. It is divided into five major scenic areas: Phoenix Mountain, Yuwang Mountain, Wanglu Mountain, Xuejia Top, and Jiagu Terrace, covering an area of 1702 hectares and including more than 120 peaks. With its rich vegetation, ancient, strange, and precious tree species, beautiful mountain and water scenery, ancient, thick, and heavy temples, and long and beautiful historical legends, as well as the ethnic song and dance in the depths of the forest, it attracts countless domestic and foreign tourists for sightseeing.
