Want to experience Europe without getting out of Japan? This place is situated in Nagasaki, Japan. This theme park offers so many attractions especially for kids and kids-alike. Day pass costs ¥7,000 and it is so much worth it. There is a gondola you can take that goes around the entire park. They have variety of foods to choose from. Huis Ten Bosch: the Netherlands in Japan

So, I’m not a big theme-park person, but decided to pay a visit to Huis Ten Bosch as I had an extra day in Nagasaki. On top of the rides (more for kids than adults), there are interesting museums and the grounds are well kept and nice. The day I visited, a Banksy exhibit was going on it was quite nice. If you have kids, that’s definitely a must-go place if you are in Nagasaki. It’s a good idea to rent a bicycle to move around as the place is huge.

Huis Ten Bosch is located in Kyushu Nagasaki Sasebo city. It is a “small Europe” which models Holland in the Middle Ages with beautiful canal, attractions, museums, shops, restaurants and hotels, etc. and is especially known as one of the biggest theme park in Japan for its Flower Festival and Illumination Kingdom Celebration. #wintergetaway #wintergetaway

In Sasebo, Japan, there is a park with a strong Dutch style - Huis Ten Bosch. Huis Ten Bosch means the Forest House in Dutch, and it is not a problem. The theme park is built in a forest. Haustenborg recreates a medieval European town with windmills, tulips and canals, and it is very handy. The area is nearly twice as large as Tokyo Disney! There are matching hotels outside the park, various restaurants in the park, and shops are adjacent to each other. You can visit the surprises of one stop after another on a yacht, horse-drawn carriage or bus. Or sit down in a coffee shop and watch the parades and performances with local specialties. There are hundreds of thousands of tulips here, many of which I have never seen before. If you have time, please stay a little longer and enjoy it. A lot of Japanese people are dragging their families to come here for a holiday, and staying for a few days. Indeed, I strolled through the whole day and only walked through three out of four. If there is a chance, I will come here for two or three days next time to experience this "forest home".

This was an absolutely gorgeous theme park that was laid back with way less crowds than Disney or Universal Japan. The lights at night are so out of this world that a stay at one of the really expensive hotels on the property is a must to take it all in. There are lots of different variety of attractions that all ages will enjoy. One even takes you to a remote island and fight dinosaurs! The hotels give you free entrance to the hot spring operated by the theme which was also a nice treat. #huistenbosch #nagasaki #travels2023 #themepark

#timetotravel From The beauteous Fukuoka I went on an excursion to Nagasaki. In particular I checked on Huis Ten Bosch which is just a smooth train ride away. You will be mesmerized by the sight as if you traveled to Europe.Tulips of different colors and varieties abound and the landscape is very Netherlands. There are several attractions inside. You can eat european delights in food outlets around. Go and visit and you will never get it wrong.

HUIS TEN BOSCH

The location is look like Netherland, but this here in Fukuoka, Japan. I recommend to visit and stay 1 night at around HTB because the hotel around here is cheaper than the land of HTB and you can get full facilities, service and onsen. The hotel that i have been there is hotel Okura HTB

Getting There - Using several transportations to get these places in Fukuoka but I think the most comfortable way is supposed to use train😊 Attractions - Huis Ten Boss / Asa the active Volcano / Kumamoto / Black Sand Bathing / YuuFuin Hotels - Many Hotels depending on the place we went Food & Restaurants - Pretty good even though I usually had only ramen everyday but still feeling awesome Shopping - Doki mall for affordable prices and variety products to choose #fukuoka

Beautiful memories of Hohenzollern Castle in Japan

From a memory photo in 2009, Haus Ten Bosch theme park in Nagasaki, Japan was the last stop of the trip to Nagasaki. We stayed in a hotel inside Haus Ten Bosch, which had a European style. Nagasaki had a good relationship with the Netherlands, so there were many tulips, windmills, and even Miffy in the park. The park was very large, with a big lake where you could take a boat ride, various European-style buildings, and a clock tower where you could climb up. The fireworks show at night was also very spectacular. It was truly a wonderful journey.
