Japan 8 days 7 nights travel diary (Part 2) Osaka Edition
Day6⃣️ 🍄USJ Day! There is a separate guide on the homepage! 🏨Accommodation: Japan Universal Studios Shangri-La Sky Spa Hotel Day7⃣️ 🦌Go to see Nara deer, there is a separate guide on the homepage! 🏨Accommodation: Japan Universal Studios Shangri-La Sky Spa Hotel Day8⃣️ 🛍️Pure shopping day in downtown Osaka. Originally planned to go to Osaka station, store luggage and start wandering around eating delicious food. However, after walking around the entire Osaka station and Umeda station, there were no available luggage lockers, so I had to carry my luggage everywhere, which was really exhausting. Later, when I couldn't walk anymore, I started my journey to the airport. 🎮Nintendo OSAKA: A paradise for Nintendo fans, located on the 13th floor of Daimaru Department Store (Umeda Station), with classic series such as Super Mario, The Legend of Zelda, Kirby, and also gotcha machines. 🍽️Food: Komeya (Daimaru Umeda Store), after visiting Nintendo, go upstairs for a meal, located on the 14th floor of the mall, there are many types of set meals, my favorite is pot-burned udon, the soup base is very fresh, the udon is chewy and the beef quality is also very good. 📒Small tips: If you have leftover cash and Suica card balance, you can use them to pay for souvenirs at the airport. For example, if I have a 1k balance on my Suica card, but the goods I buy are 1500, then I can swipe the 1k on my Suica card and pay the remaining 500 in cash. (The matcha flavor of Shiroi Koibito🍵 is really super delicious!!) Day9⃣️ I arrived back in Hong Kong at 12 o'clock, and it was almost 1 o'clock after passing through customs and picking up my luggage, so I decided to spend the night at the airport. I originally booked a 8:00 Hong Kong - Guangzhou Pazhou ferry ticket, but it was cancelled due to a typhoon that day, so I had to change to take the Airport Express (105HKD) from Hong Kong Airport to Kowloon, and then take the high-speed train from West Kowloon back to Guangzhou (¥215).

THE SINGULARI HOTEL & SKYSPA AT UNIVERSAL STUDIOS JAPAN
Hotel Highlights
The hotel's location is absolutely divine! Directly opposite the hotel is the JR Universal City station, just a few minutes away from USJ, and 35 minutes from Namba station (train + a short walk). The nearest airport is Itami Airport, just half an hour away. From Kansai Airport, it's about an hour's journey (walk + train).
2. The hotel's Japanese minimalist decor style, and the night view of the river is so beautiful that you'll want to take 100 photos.
3. The free rooftop Sky Spa, after a tiring day at Universal Studios, you can go up to the top floor of the hotel for a bath, and there's also an outdoor bath pavilion where you can enjoy the seaside landscape of Osaka while soaking in the tub, which is incredibly pleasant~
4. Next to the hotel are shops and restaurants, so there's no worry about dining. There's a Starbucks, 7-11, Lawson, Shake Shack, Saizeriya, and Mos Burger right at the entrance. You can buy a meal and go straight to Universal Studios to queue.
Recommendation Reasons:
1. The hotel entrance is right out of the subway exit, if it takes you more than thirty seconds to walk there, I lose.
2. The free rooftop Sky Spa, after a tiring day at Universal Studios, you can go up to the top floor of the hotel for a bath, and there's also an outdoor bath pavilion, which is so comfortable...
3. The rooms are not small by Japanese standards, the hotel prices are not expensive on weekdays, and they double on weekends.
4. There are shops and restaurants outside the hotel, so there's no worry about dining. There's a Starbucks, 7-11, Lawson, Shake Shack, Saizeriya, and Mos Burger right at the entrance. These points are enough. When booking the hotel, pay attention to whether breakfast is included. If not, an additional charge of 2200 Japanese yen per person is required on site.
Note: For the route from Kansai Airport to the hotel, see the screenshot. Other hotels close to Universal Studios include: PARK FRONT HOTEL AT UNIVERSAL STUDIOS JAPAN
No public bath, closer to the park than the Sky Hotel, and the price is similar to that of the Sky Hotel.
HOTEL AT UNIVERSAL STUDIOS JAPAN
An official park hotel, with a very large rooftop terrace, offering a free public bath on the top floor. Just a bit more expensive.
HOTEL UNIVERSAL PORT, also known as the Minion Hotel. The entire hotel is filled with Minion elements. No public bath. There's a boat service (paid) at the entrance.
