The hotel is in a great location in the city centre, within walking distance to tourist attractions and transport links. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and quickly resolved some minor issues I had. The room was reasonably comfortable, although the walls were very thin making it noisy. The cleaning service seems disorganised: I was only given a hand towel when I arrived that I think may have been used, and the cleaning staff barged into my room without knocking when I was on the toilet. Overall I think it's a good choice for short stays of one or two nights but I wouldn't want to stay longer.

The hotel is very conveniently located near the Republic Square, and is within walking distance to the Grand Staircase and the Opera House. There are many restaurants near the hotel, so it's great for eating and shopping. I stayed for three nights and the soundproofing was pretty good. I slept very comfortably, but there was no kettle, which was a bit of a pity.

Except that the lights have problems and keep flickering and turning off and that once the waiter made a mistake and once the waiter made a mistake and gave the electric key to two Sharif rooms with the same code and we were really shocked when a stranger entered the room in the middle of the night and the manager never apologized or even compensated us for anything. We didn't have any 😅🤣

Best hotel we stayed in the caucasus! Room size was big. Loved the professional service from the front desk, very clean rooms, amazing breakfast and after 2 days of having breakfast in the hotel, the very attentive staff at the breakfast area even rem my surname! That was a pleasant surprise! Enjoyed every moment here and was sad to leave. Will definitely recommend everyone to stay!!!

I really liked the hotel's location: literally a 10-minute walk to the center and a 5-minute walk to the street where the restaurants are. It's very quiet, not noisy, which can't be said about the center. It's close to the old town. New hotel, modern rooms. I liked everything. It's a beautiful building. There's a large supermarket nearby and many small shops where you can buy fruit. Everything is within walking distance. The service is excellent.

Very nice stay in DT Yerevan

The hotel has a great location, right next to Republic Square, and the Citywalk is very convenient. The hotel reception staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, the bedding was comfortable, there was plenty of hot water and heating, and the breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and delicious. Overall, a very good stay!

Unlike the photos, I stayed in an old annex. The interior was renovated and beautiful, but the room smelled a bit moldy. The walls were thinner than in a typical hotel, so outside noise was audible. The shower temperature, water flow, and drainage were fine. A refrigerator, kettle, towels, and slippers were provided. A TV, hair dryer, and mineral water were not. I think you can borrow a hair dryer, but I didn't use it because it was too much trouble. The Wi-Fi was reasonably fast. The front desk staff was a bit cold, though. However, I had no issues during my stay.

The soundproofing isn't great, and it's quite small. However, the bed is big and comfortable, and the breakfast is plentiful – it was different each of the two days we stayed, and the second day's was especially delicious and rich! We walked to and from the Great Staircase, and the park outside the hotel was very lively in the evening.

I give this hotel a huge thumbs-up! I won't go into detail about the basics of room cleanliness and amenities; it was a true five-star hotel, and our two-night stay was incredibly comfortable! The hotel's location and service are a real plus: Location: Located in the heart of Yerevan, you can see Republic Square from the window, and attractions like the Grand Staircase and the History Museum of Armenia are all within walking distance. Downstairs are numerous restaurants, supermarkets, and handicraft shops, making it a pleasant place to browse in the evening. Service: The front desk staff were patient and helpful, spoke excellent English, and were incredibly helpful. They even helped us get a ride to the airport when our taxi app had issues!
