What to write ? Everything is perfect about this property. Location perfect, Hotel perfect, Service perfect, Staff perfect, Hospitality perfect and moreover accepting and accommodating all your requests…perfect too. During this stay I did not booked breakfast but went through the offerings and I can say that is great and perfect too. Will definitely book breakfast during my next visit. We stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace for 5 days and 4 nights as a couple, and our experience was truly unforgettable. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade from the Tower to the Palace wing, which made our stay even more special. The welcoming ceremony set a beautiful tone, and the complimentary drinks and chocolates sent to our room were a thoughtful touch—especially the hot chocolate, which was honestly the best we’ve ever tasted. The breakfast buffet had a good spread, and everything we tried was delicious. The à la carte portions were perfect as well. A special mention to Kiran, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was always spotless thanks to Sachin, our housekeeper. His attention to detail truly impressed us—flower-petal art on the floor, towels neatly placed under our shoes, and beautifully arranged toiletries. These thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely cared for. We also want to highlight Sapna from the front desk, who went above and beyond to arrange breakfast to be sent to our room on our last day since we had an early morning flight. Her efficiency and kindness made our departure smooth and stress-free. K. Singh, the bell boy, was always welcoming with a pleasant smile and ensured we felt comfortable each time we entered or left the hotel. The gym was well-equipped and enjoyable to use, rounding off a perfect stay. Overall, our time at the Taj Mahal Palace was exceptional from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely return soon.

Overall, it's decent. It's not exactly luxurious, but considering the price, it's reasonable. The food isn't very diverse, but the food served is clean and appears to be of good quality. Everything else is reasonable, but the pool view rooms seem a bit pricey. Still, it's much better than the city view.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The team was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was cozy and clean, with a comfortable bed that gave me a great night’s sleep. The hotel is in a very convenient location, and I loved the calm atmosphere. A few small improvements could make it even better, but overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful hotel with clean, spacious rooms. Great location, not far from the airport. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and airport transfer was also included.

Clean and nice hotel near Aurangabad airport. But the stars of this hotel are the staffs in the restaurant. Their service and friendliness just make our days. Thanks to Shiklong,Rahul,Rameshwar,Imnasua and Digambar. Keep up your good service

Overall are good except when I and my friends enter room when check in. I have 4.rooms & all room facing room not completely clean. 1. Stain on bed sheet. 2. Stain on pillow. Call to HK to change & please make sure a small thing may effect customer trust. Thank you...Room 371 (23-25 Nov. 2025)

Very nice staff and services, the chef helped us when my daughter was not well and prepared some bland food specially. Thanks to them. Also Mr Babar at the reception was very helpful in getting the room amenities

JW Marriott never disappoints. The staff were lovely, the breakfast buffet was lovely, the room was lovely and everything else. A hotel brand which can always be trusted and reliable.
