The best feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its location. Being situated so close to the train station was incredibly convenient and made navigating the city simple. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and tidy space to return to after a day out. The only minor drawback is the lack of dining options immediately surrounding the hotel. While the train station proximity solves most travel needs, guests should be aware that they might need to travel a short distance to find a wide selection of restaurants. Overall, for travelers prioritizing convenience, cleanliness, and budget, this hotel is an excellent choice.

My friend booked this hotel for our layover, and it's super close to the airport, just a 10-minute drive. They have a shuttle every half hour that goes to both T1 and T2. For T2, head to platform 33, and for T1, it's platform 16 – don't get them mixed up!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The staff is friendly and patient and the location is great for quick access to the train system. We were there for the Star Wars Celebration and it was fantastic to hop on without massive crowds. Between the train station and the hotel are a handful of food options, including two 7-11s, which stay open until midnight or later. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

This is a bathing capsule hotel for entertainment and leisure, which is quite suitable for single travelers. There are many comics, and the rest area is large and of various types. I didn't have a deep impression of the bathing area. The accommodation area is very quiet, and everyone moves very quietly. Although the sleeping area is not large, it is ok to sit and organize things. It can be ventilated, and the TV can be muted.

The room was really spacious, and the hotel even offers a free shuttle bus service. If you arrive late at night, you'll definitely notice that the longest queues are for this hotel. Plus, the new wing on the first floor has breakfast, which I unfortunately didn't have time to try. There's also a convenient store on the first floor, which is great, though the queue was a bit long – I waited 10 minutes just to buy a bottle of water! I guess it was just a particularly busy time when I was there.

Just as you thought staying at Narita one day before leaving Japan is winding down the mood you could be wrong! Richmond Narita is within walking distance from Naritasan Temple and it is one of the largest temple ever seen so far with street shopping! And AEON Supermarket (tax-free) with Daisho too! It comes with free hotel airport transfers so go to the airport without breaking a sweat! What more can you ask for? Room is neat and well kept, with free flow coffee at the Lobby… Richmond standard as you would expect.

Toyoko Inn's service, food, and location are truly excellent, and I really got to experience that firsthand this time. The breakfast was very generous and delicious, but you really need to pay attention to the breakfast times.

You won't waste time traveling, which is perfect for guests who need to wake up early for the park. Returning to the hotel quickly to rest and recover from a tiring day is also a huge plus. 🛒 Amenities: Full marks for convenience There are two Lawson convenience stores right downstairs, which is definitely a bonus for travelers! You can grab breakfast like rice balls, sandwiches, and hot drinks, perfect if you're in a hurry. Before heading to the park, you can stock up on Disneyland essentials like water, snacks, and raincoats. Coming back from the park at night, you can also pick up late-night snacks and daily necessities. Shopping and restocking are super convenient, no need to go out of your way at all. Overall, the stay was fantastic! The double convenience of transportation and amenities made the Disneyland trip much more relaxed. Highly recommended!

Our last hotel before flight back home from Narita airport, shuttle bus from and to Narita airport direct to this hotel is very helpful, especially if we have to rush to catch our flight early in the morning. There also 24 hours Family Mart in front of receptionist area where we could buy some merchandise and snacks to bring back home..very nice
