GGuest UserUnfortunately, my experience was not very satisfying. The cleanliness was below average, and I really did not like that part.
The location was not bad, but it was still a bit far from the main center, so it was not as convenient as I expected.
Another issue was that they gave me the bed sheets and other items at check-in, and I had to put everything on the bed myself and remove it later. This felt like extra work for guests, and honestly, it did not seem like the most hygienic system either.
The beds were also quite uncomfortable. The bunk beds were unstable – whenever I moved slightly on the top bunk, the whole bed would shake. It did not feel secure or comfortable.
Overall, I was not very satisfied with my stay, and I would probably not choose this hostel again.
GgenewiloMy partner and I have just returned to the United Kingdom after having a trip to Europe, the final destination of our travels was at the very beautiful and picturesque hotel. The hotel is very well situated to river and minutes away from the Old Town. The interior is beautiful and the decor clearly reflects the reason why it’s a highly rated hotel. Our room was situated on the second floor and there is a lift for those who overindulge in the cuisine or infamous Slovak wines 😁 the staff are all smarty presented in their appearance and polite, the breakfast is varied and it is self service even the hot/cold drinks, so please bare that in mind if you’re mobility is restricted when dining in the restaurant for breakfast. The only negative I can recall, and this is no reflection of the hotel, the hospitality or staff as it was “other guests” having no consideration for guests still in their slumber or at least trying to be. Guests would allow their room doors to slam closed and guests would talk loudly on the corridor throughout the evening/night/morning. So next time I’d probably request a room on the top floor to avoid the inconsiderate guests 👍
PPantagoricoIt is an excellent place to stay. A few minutes from the city centre, it is quiet, warm and it has the advantage of being close to the castle. If you stay here our suggestion is go to the castle first!! Then enjoy the city. The breakfast is perfect and the staff is very friendly. The picture is a view from the entrance
YYusuf UsmanovWOW-
I was completely amazed by how clean, modern, confy, and convenient the hostel was. The beds all came with a separate locker section (operated by card key) and multiple shelves, and my compartment was able to close off using pull-down curtains.
One of the things that stood out about this stay was the check-in and out processes, as they were fully automated and did not require staff intervention. I was able to swiftly do them.
The staff were also very kind, and there seemed to always be somebody at the front desk, as there was a member at the front desk even at 5AM.
One thing which might be improved are the bathrooms, since the floor is almost constantly wet from the shower section on the further end side of the room.
Overall, I am very satisfied by the stay and if I were to visit Bratislava again, I would like to book here.
KKellen YOverview: nice and super big rooms!
Location: centrally located, 10-15 mins walking distance to most attractions like Bratislava Castle, Old Town Hall, Michael’s Gate etc, tram stations just within 2 mins away!
Breakfast: good choice, particularly impressed when they extended the ending time by 10 mins on a Sunday as there were a lot of new guests the night before who might not have been aware of the ending time!
Service: nice and friendly staff!
Cleanliness: spotless from what I can see which is nice!
Rooms: I thought I was staying in a flat for a second, super big and roomy, with sofa, a separate living area, impressive!
Facilities: good gym, but the sauna costs a bit which is unexpected (and rare, consider it is a decent 4*…) so didn’t use it, and the lobby was a bit dim when I checked in at night, but not a major issue.
BBrown bear 2026I had a lovely stay at Clarion Congress Hotel Bratislava. Even though it was quite cold outside, the welcome I received was warm and genuine, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The staff were friendly and provided pleasant, attentive service throughout my stay.
The coffee machine in the room was a great touch, perfect for starting the day, and the breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city.
Overall, a cozy and enjoyable experience—I would definitely stay here again.
GGuest UserEnjoyed my stay.Hotel personnel friendly.I had forgotten my i phone charger and revepionidt let me use one during my stay free of charge.

GGuest UserFabulous hotel, perfectly situated for the airport, rooms and bathroom are big, clean and have everything you need.
Staff are helpful and polite.
Breakfast was amazing.
GGuest UserThe hotel is conveniently located near the train station. It's about a 15-minute walk, and it's downhill from the station to the hotel. Alternatively, bus route 93 goes directly from the train station to an underpass right across from the hotel. The hotel is also only about 200-300 meters from the Old City Gate. The government building is directly opposite the hotel, and there's a casino next door. The hotel itself is very clean and well-equipped. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly. I arrived at 12:15 PM and was immediately checked in. The breakfast spread was excellent. If I had one minor critique, it would be that the stretch from the hotel to the Old City Gate feels a bit deserted, even with traffic, which might make solo female travelers feel uncomfortable walking at night, though I wouldn't say it's unsafe. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my next visit.
GGuest UserIt was not bad, but it is unshameless to require 25€ per day for a 3kg dog. Have paid in higher quality hotels up to now only 10-15€ per day.
Maybe the hotel manager should consider something for the future.
