The view from the room was fantastic, being right by the river and offering a great panorama of the Yangtze River. The staff were extremely attentive; we received complimentary cookies upon check-in, and in the evening, a large platter of welcome fruit was delivered to our room, which was so generous we couldn't finish it all. The hotel breakfast was of excellent quality, with a wide variety of options, and the coffee was delicious. I would definitely consider staying here again. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted below 26 degrees Celsius, which was a bit uncomfortable for someone sensitive to heat.

The environment is great, the rooms are spacious, the views are beautiful, and the breakfast spread is very rich. The staff are also very polite and friendly to guests. However: 1) There were children continuously screaming loudly in the gym, and no staff came to manage them. 2) The breakfast restaurant was very crowded on the weekend. The hosts should have been prepared earlier to control the flow of people. Today, after being let in, there were no empty tables, and guests were still being let in continuously afterward. It was chaotic, and everyone stood around, unsure of what to do. 3) A child kept dragging their chair while eating, making a lot of noise, and no staff member came to inquire about what was happening.

Yun Mushan is located about 5 min walk away from Xiaoyaoxi Bus Station. This is 1 of the bus stations where you can take the shuttle bus to the Huangshan cable car station or start your hike up the mountain. So it was very convenient. Next to the B&B is a minimart & there are some restaurants along the street too. But we didn't eat at any of the restaurants there as not many options. The room is spacious,clean & comfortable.Go up to the rooftop to check out the view. Host even decorated it such that you can take Instagrammable shots there. However, just 1 thing to note. The toilet & shower are partitioned by a see-through glass in between. It's ok if this is a couple stay, but guess will be awkward for friends, cannot use the toilet & shower at the same time since can see clearly what's happening next door. 🫣😂

One of the few high-star hotels in Huaibei, Because of work, I stayed at this hotel for a week and the overall experience was great. The location of the hotel is very convenient, you can walk to the subway station in a few minutes, and it is very convenient to go to various business districts and office locations. The rooms will be cleaned every day by cleaning staff, and the laundry will be sorted out in time. The service is in place. Although the gym in the hotel is not big, it is fully equipped. After get off work, go for a run and fitness, which can relieve the pressure of work. In addition, the hotel's food delivery service is also very fast, I don't want to go out at night, order a room meal, the taste is good, the weight is very large. In short, this is a very trustworthy business hotel, recommended to everyone!

Staying at the Grand Hyatt Hefei for this trip, I found the hotel's location to be excellent. It's really close to attractions like the Anhui Museum (new building), the Art Museum, and the Geological Museum, as well as the popular 'Hecai 1972' complex. The hotel is also on a high floor, offering panoramic views of Swan Lake and Hefei's famous 'Three-Piece Set' landmarks.

From the moment I arrived, the customer service at the Shangri-La Hotel in Hefei was impeccable, with staff anticipating every need. My room was a sanctuary of cleanliness, where every surface gleamed and the linens were freshly pressed. The attention to detail extended to the immaculate pool and wellness area, which provided a truly luxurious escape. This hotel masterfully combines warm hospitality, an unbeatable setting, and flawless upkeep for an unforgettable stay. Western breakfast buffet and their buffet dinner was dangerously delicious 🤗. The hotel is actually quite good, with complete facilities and clean rooms. The location is a bit far from the core area, but it is convenient to take a taxi. On the day of check-in, we encountered *** guests next door. The soundproofing was average. They quarreled all night long and the noise was audible. Complaining to the front desk was of little use. I felt helpless.
