SShukeniuThe environment is absolutely fantastic! It's a riverside campsite, and you can tell it's been thoughtfully designed, with clever touches everywhere. We unfortunately spent too much time at the attractions and arrived quite late. The campsite offers a bonfire, BBQ, and Uighur girls dancing. On the way to the river, there's also a splash pad for kids, so we really should have arrived earlier. The only minor thing is the gravel path at the entrance, which seems intentionally designed. You can contact the camp beforehand to have staff help with your luggage, as it's a bit difficult to drag suitcases yourself. Also, the soundproofing in the tents isn't the best, but that's to be expected when choosing a campsite. Overall, it's a great camp, and the breakfast selection is very rich. You can also request an oxygen machine.
Ccb3andhbbbpoopI stayed in the intercontinental for one night and I wish I had more time here. The hotel is new and decorated in a sleek yet exotic fashion. The room is very spacious, with a comfy king sized bed and choices for pillows. Amenities wise, the room is equipped with the usual Blanche line of personal care products (however the hair brush is still quite rubbish...). The view from the room is superb, overlooking the yili river and the small apple lake with the mountains in the background. The executive lounge is dainty and the cocktail hours buffet was delicious (though doesn't have a huge alcoholic choices like some other executive lounges). Sitting in the lounge and watching the sunset over the river was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but it is perfect for someone wants to wander around the yili river park and/or do a nice long and peaceful run/bike ride. Gym is small but meets the basic needs (has dumbbells, cross trainer and treadmill but no bar bells or rack). The swimming pool looks fancy and big, makes it ideal for leisure and training.
Lastly, and most importantly, for my stay I truly appreciated the hard working staff here. They have made my already wonderful stay perfect. A big shout out to the concierge team, especially 来存智 Leonard, the concierge supervisor, they have gone out of their way to help me. I wanted to visit some ethnic group bar at mid night and given the distances and lack of taxis, Leonard, together with his team, helped me get to the right place and Leonard personally drove me back from the bar at 3am. I was able to have a great night thanks to him. Upon checking out, I was also given a nice souvenir to mark a perfect stay (unfortunately I left it on the taxi due to rushing!!! To whoever is the next lucky passenger to pick it up: I am jealous!).
AAnonymous UserA perfect stay, truly a top choice for accommodation when traveling. Gina provided 24-hour service that was professional and efficient, and her reception was polite and appropriate, with no cumbersome procedures throughout my stay. The room decor was simple yet upscale, with exquisite soft furnishings, and the entire space was immaculately clean, free of odors and stains. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a superb quality of rest. The facilities were well-maintained; the lobby was elegant and quiet, and the environment was tranquil. The location is prime, with convenient transportation. From the service to the amenities, everything showed great care. The value for money far exceeded other hotels at the same price point. It's my first choice for travel accommodation and worth repeated bookings!

MMaiermeiAfter a long and bumpy journey to beautiful Kashgar, checking into the Radisson Hotel was definitely the right choice – it's quiet and convenient. If I hadn't specifically asked, I never would have guessed this hotel has been operating for 12 years. Everything, from the cleanliness of the hallway carpets to the pristine condition of the furniture and appliances in the room, is maintained to a high standard. The service is superb, and both the late-night snacks and breakfast are reliably good. The hardware is well-maintained, and there are no overlooked spots when it comes to hygiene. I felt completely at ease during my stay and highly recommend it to anyone who values a great practical experience.
XXueren SSI am very happy that I chose this hotel. I highly recommend it — I spent three wonderful days here. From helping me arrange transportation from the train station to the hotel, the staff were very kind and friendly. Thank you to the warm and attentive Xiao Mu 小木 Hotel for the pick-up and drop-off. There were also activities available, such as cow milking, hiking, and more. I especially recommend the horseback riding tour. Riding up into the mountains offers a unique view of Sayram Lake, and the scenery throughout the experience is absolutely beautiful. The horseback riding instructor, “Kenlide肯里得”, was very friendly, enthusiastic, and patient. I am also very grateful to “Bieke别克”for his warm and selfless sharing of the local culture. And Uncle Sha沙叔叔, who was also kind and friendly, recommended some great places to visit. I also want to thank the service staff who helped arrange my meals. The room was very clean, and the breakfast was hearty. I had a truly wonderful experience — it added a warm touch to my journey. I look forward to coming back next time. Highly recommended! The only downside is that I thought the hotel had hot springs.
FFengshenxiuqiThe indescribable beauty can be said to be the most beautiful yard in Kazan. No matter from the health or the environment, the children are too cute, let alone send the local breakfast, the experience is full, the back is too big, will definitely go again, next time I go to live for a few more days. Hope more people see it, wrap it up!

GGuest UserHad a fantastic stay at Conrad Urumqi! The location is unbeatable—so convenient for getting around the city. The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and the bed gave me some of the best sleep I've had in a while.
A massive shoutout to all the staff members who were super friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help. The breakfast spread was lavish with plenty of great options, and the Executive Lounge was delightful as well—though the evening food presentation starts a bit late. Given the local time difference in Xinjiang compared to eastern China, it's totally understandable!
I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Urumqi!

AAnonymous UserOverall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel's decor is tasteful and aesthetically pleasing, and the public area on the third floor is perfect for photos. We booked a poolside room, which had an amazing vibe, though the lack of privacy meant we had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time, which was a bit of a shame.
The room's amenities were also a highlight for me. It came with a Marshall speaker, an aroma diffuser, a Dyson hairdryer, complimentary welcome fruits, and free yogurt and Perrier in the fridge, all of which showed great thoughtfulness.
I particularly want to commend the butler service – it was incredibly attentive and thorough! They helped us with laundry, drying and returning our clothes, and assisted with our luggage when we checked out. The biggest bonus was their help in booking a horseback riding excursion. They not only found a wonderful, authentic local stable but also personally escorted us to the horses, making for a fantastic riding experience. Additionally, the breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent, and the coffee was delicious.
Areas for improvement:
The only significant letdown was the service from the front desk and restaurant staff. They seemed to lack enthusiasm and proactivity, rarely smiling throughout our stay. They didn't even greet us when we passed them, giving off an aloof impression. This level of service doesn't match what one would expect for this price point. I hope management can provide more training for front-line staff; with such great amenities, excellent service would make this place unbeatable.
Overall, I still highly recommend it.

GGuest UserThis guesthouse in Narati was the best accommodation we had during our entire Xinjiang trip. The aesthetic appeal of both the exterior and interior design is evident, with attention to detail truly standing out. I particularly loved the green plant views from our room. The comfort level was excellent too; the bedding was soft, and the latex pillows were absolutely amazing. We loved them so much that we bought the same kind when we checked out. They didn't skimp on amenities either: a Dyson hairdryer, L'Occitane toiletries, a coffee machine, a magnifying mirror, a washing machine, and more. What truly impressed us the most was the service. From the manager to every staff member, everyone genuinely cared about the guests' experience. In the evening, when we ordered food, they even sent up some small pastries, and the next morning, they treated us to coffee with breakfast, which was a really thoughtful touch. Due to a change in our itinerary, we had to shorten our two-night stay to one, and the guesthouse was incredibly accommodating, kindly waiving the fee for the second night. Overall, it was a comfortable, considerate, and high-quality experience. It's not one of those mass-produced 'influencer' guesthouses; they genuinely put their heart into their service.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is conveniently located about 6 kilometers from the Ghost City. The architecture is unique and exotic, making for great photos. Breakfast is from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM; it's best to go during off-peak times as it can get crowded. The complimentary souvenir provided by the hotel has a nice Xinjiang local flair, and the welcome fruit was delicious.
