Hotels With Pools in Marrakesh-Safi, Morocco

The hotel's shower hot water is almost cold and cannot be adjusted. Communication with the front desk to check out early for a day is not agreed. The hotel is located in the university, and it takes a long time to walk around to a supermarket. Call a black car wherever you go. Breakfast is ok.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise, decorated in local ethnic style, but it was clearly an old hotel with somewhat dated facilities. The location was convenient, with a strong commercial atmosphere; there was a Carrefour and small shops nearby. The doorman was a very cute and friendly old man. Taxis in Marrakech are extremely difficult to hail. I recommend walking to the main street to hail a taxi, or strolling around and looking for an empty one. Otherwise, wasting time waiting for a taxi is not worthwhile.

Facilities: This is a great hotel, located right next to the Marrakech train station. I highly recommend staying here if you want to avoid getting ripped off by taxis. Ambiance: Nice, there's a large swimming pool in the middle. It seems all rooms have balconies, perfect for enjoying a local Casablanca beer. It was during the Africa Cup, and you could watch the car parades celebrating Morocco's wins 🍾

It was good for the price. Great location in Gueliz, very close to the shopping centre etc and easy to get to the medina either via bus or walking. There was a bit of an inconsistency with breakfast. It’s bought over to you on a tray rather being a buffet. You’re not asked what you would like, it’s more of a get what you’re given sort of thing. Several times people I heard people being offered a pancake or given bread etc on other tables and I wasn’t. However, the pastries were really nice. I went to sit outside by the pool on one occasion while waiting for my airport transfer, there were a total of 3 sun loungers but lots of tables for people coming in to eat at restaurant. Some men came in and sat at the tables, ordered a drink and were smoking; it’s not a massive area so it’s all you could smell and breathe in. The pool area is mostly in the shade. The staff were very friendly and I was allowed to check in early. As a solo traveller was given a twin room rather than a double which was shown on the pictures when I booked as a ‘single’ room. It was fine though. The air-con works well, the beds are comfy and it was quiet. I LOVED Marrakech!

Facilities: The hotel is very new and the overall facilities are very good, except for the shower door, which is not very waterproof and leaks outside after taking a shower. Hygiene: Very good Environment: Located in the new city area, there are many restaurants around and it is also convenient to go to the mall. It is a 15-minute drive from the old city and a 10-minute drive from the Majorelle Gardens Service: The hotel staff is very enthusiastic, free parking is provided, and the security is also very responsible.

Very good hotel for its price. The room had everything, breakfast buffet, the hotel cafe was open during Ramadan. Overall I liked it, I would stay there again

That was my garden view I booked, is that even a garden??. Didn’t have any slippers in my room & to have a robe it is a 1,000 MAD deposit? in all my travelling that is on unheard off to me. Should have stated that on there amenities. I’ve stayed at multiple 5 start hotels this was unheard of to me. Also if you want to bring in a McDonald’s forget about it the security will stop you from bringing it into the hotel. Not only me but other guest too was stopped. Should have these rules stated while booking to save us the embarrassment. Other than that the stay there was amazing, breakfast amazing but was let down by the issues mentioned.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. The breakfast was generous and varied, with something for everyone, and the cleanliness was impeccable.

Nice riad with excellent service. They picked us up from the taxi on the first day and helped us meet the driver on our return. The breakfast was good, which was much appreciated as we would have found it difficult to start the day looking for somewhere to eat. It's a 20-minute walk from the main square.
