Our trip was absolutely delightful, from dining to accommodation and transportation! The breakfast offered a great variety, and the views were beautiful. The hotel rooms were clean and tidy, and the service was attentive, making for a very comfortable stay. I slept soundly until morning. Getting around was easy, and parking was convenient. Overall, a perfect experience, highly recommended!

The service was exceptionally satisfying. Due to an unexpected incident, I had some health issues. The owner patiently stayed with me, helped call an ambulance in the middle of the night to the Bole hospital, and even arranged for a staff member of the same gender to accompany me. This was incredibly thoughtful and meticulous. The staff member was also excellent, running back and forth in the emergency room until very late. It truly showed a very human touch. The hotel's view is also great, very charming, and you can see Sayram Lake. I'm really so grateful! I didn't get a chance to take photos of the hotel, but the two kittens in the camp are adorable, and the owner takes good care of them. There are golf carts to shuttle you to and from your room, and any issues you call the front desk about are resolved wonderfully.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the room is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is good. The service is warm and attentive, check-in is efficient, and the breakfast is rich and fresh. The location is convenient for getting around, the overall experience exceeded expectations, and it offers great value for money. I will definitely choose it again next time!

The hotel's exterior is fantastic. The whole Yili Hotel has excellent greenery, a quiet, historic courtyard, and many century-old trees. The rooms are also very spacious. That's for the hardware. Now, for the service, it's not as good. Building 2 had good service, but in Building 6, it depended on who you got – some were good, some were just okay. The elevator was a bit of a maze, but these weren't big issues. However, one unacceptable problem was the drainpipe, which was probably too old. It constantly made gurgling sounds, every three seconds, making it impossible to sleep. I ended up having to turn on the air conditioning to drown out the pipe noise to get some sleep. But then the AC made it too hot, so I had to open the window all night. Luckily, it was very quiet outside the window. If you're booking, I suggest avoiding Building 6. Oh, and by the way, the stir-fried dishes at breakfast were delicious, but the main courses were just average.

The location is really great here. Cleanliness is top-notch. Rooms are clean and beautiful.
I decided to change hotels because I was disappointed. I cannot find the swimming pool despite the listing shows that it has a swimming pool. And the staff for not particularly helpful to help me find the swimming pool. It shouldn't be that hard to find a swimming pool at a hotel that's what I regularly do when I book hotel. The breakfast provided was free which was okay. But they do not serve coffee and the coffee machine was deliberately turned off they're not and the staff are not willing to turn it on for their guests. I don't understand why
We were staying in the room with camping car setting. Overall the room Is clean and new. Kids love it. Breakfast was great with a variety of western/Chinese choice. We couldn’t see any stars through the window. The check in Was slow and inefficient. Only one staff serving the whole group check in While we were not handled separately as a private family guest. The description on trip.com was wrong too. There is no bike rental and the gym room
is not good. Only 3 machines and two of them were not working.

It's a very friendly and relaxed place. The neighbourhood is really nice as well. It's just a short ride from the train station and filled with loads of restaurants and grocery stores and markets.
What sparked my interest in this hostel is that the bathroom is downstairs and the room is upstairs. This way you don't have to listen to everyone using to bathroom and the lights won't wake you up. And in reality it worked really well as well; )
The other thing I liked was that they don't hand out single use toiletries and water bottles which sa⁹fes a lot of rubbish.
The beds and bedding are really comfy if it is just you in the bunk. If you've got an neighbour then the bed shakes everytime someone moves which is a bit annoying.
Unfortunately there's just one big light so everytim⁹e someone needs some light the whole room is brightly lit. A suggestion would be to have multiple lights that are less bright or fit all beds with curtains. Since a lot of people don't know what it takes to be considered curtains would probably safe a lot of grief.
I'll definitely come back when I'm in Urumqi again!
Had a wonderful stay! The front desk lady was incredibly sweet, and they even gave me some complimentary fermented yogurt. It's just so popular that I couldn't extend my stay, as they were fully booked the next day. I'll definitely be back!
The Xinjiang fermented yogurt: Delicious!
The Karakul Lake Buzhou Camp truly lives up to its reputation! The rooms are clean and comfortable, offering an excellent stay experience, and the view from here is absolutely superb. Outside the window, you're treated to the stunning scenery of Karakul Lake and the continuous snow-capped mountains – an unbeatable view and absolutely breathtaking. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and genuinely recommend it to anyone planning a visit!

Excellent location: Gudao Yunju B&B is simply an excellent accommodation choice for your trip to the ancient city of Kashgar! It is located in the western area of the ancient city, with the west gate entrance only about 100 meters away. It is within easy reach of the famous thousand-year-old streets, century-old teahouses, Rainbow Alley, and Budai Alley, making it super convenient for travel.
Pleasant environment: The decoration of the B&B is very local style, the rooms are clean and tidy, without any peculiar smell, and it is very comfortable to stay. You can also enjoy a miniature version of the ancient city in the courtyard, which has a unique charm.
The service is considerate: the boss is very nice and enthusiastic. The Gudao Cafe downstairs has a variety of coffees that taste great. The owner will also treat guests to taste them for free, giving people a feeling of being at home. In short, I highly recommend everyone to come here to experience it!

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, easy to find on the main road, with a parking lot, convenient parking. The room is spacious and has new facilities. The room is clean and sanitary. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the sink meets hotel standards. The bedding is also very good, and the sleep is very comfortable. The hotel has a washing machine for washing clothes, and the cost performance is very high. I stayed there for a few days while playing in Turpan. The Xinjiang girl at the hotel front desk was warm and polite, and the check-in experience was very good!
AAnonymous UserI stayed for three days in total. The first day was in the North Building, which had facilities similar to Motel 168. The downsides were peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, fixed with tape, and a persistent sewer smell. Given the affordable price, I didn't complain much (the attached photo is from the North Building). On the second and third days, I moved to the Main Building. The room was more than 200% more expensive, but the experience was even worse! There was no place to charge my phone by the bed, which was the most intolerable issue (I stayed for over ten days in Xinjiang afterward, and no other hotel had this problem). The air conditioning was practically nonexistent; ventilation relied on opening the window. Breakfast had very limited choices, basically Motel 168 standard. Service was hit-or-miss; I asked the front desk three times if I could get two key cards, and each time they told me to wait, but I never received them. The only upside is its proximity to the ancient city. Honestly, there's not much else to praise.
DDuoduoaichiluobo1. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was quiet and comfortable, the service was warm and attentive, and the price-performance ratio was excellent. A perfect stay!
2. Excellent location, convenient for travel, exceptionally clean, facilities were complete and undamaged. I would definitely stay here again!
3. Beautiful hotel environment, comfortable bedding, attentive front desk service, and a rich and delicious breakfast. Extremely satisfied!
4. Unbeatable value for money, spacious and bright room, impeccably clean, good soundproofing, and a fantastic overall experience!
5. Simple and quick check-in process, friendly staff, clean and odor-free room, and complete facilities. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserSimply great place! Excellent value for money, the place is full of beautiful vineyards of grapes, the place looks like in a fairy tale. There is a shuttle that comes quickly and efficiently. The room in the shape of a wine barrel is great and clean, the staff is very nice and efficient, they helped us quite a bit. The breakfast is great and varied and there are also vegetarian options. There is a possibility of free laundry, and the reception is really available 24/7. The winery tour was beautiful and the long canal is very impressive. The shuttle from the train to the hotel and from the hotel to the train worked great. To improve - the pool was dirty throughout our stay, other than that it is just an amazing place! We will be back again in the future
WwinweingThe service at this hotel is absolutely excellent, and the hygiene is impeccable. They even offer complimentary porridge in the evenings, which is an incredibly thoughtful touch. One night, my child put clothes in the washing machine. The next morning, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel staff had not only washed them but also taken them out, dried them, neatly folded them, put them in a bag, and clearly labeled it with our room number. This attention to detail saved us so much hassle and was truly reassuring.
All in all, the service at this Atour hotel is genuinely outstanding. Since I was traveling with my parents, they also upgraded our room, which made us feel truly valued and respected, particularly as retired military officers. If we ever return to Turpan, we will definitely choose this hotel again.
P.S. Parking is very convenient, and the on-site parking lot is very spacious!
GGuest UserThe hotel's location in the core area of Jiadengyu is super convenient for getting to the scenic spots. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy. The heating was excellent, and the hot water was stable and plentiful. The bedding was soft, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk and restaurant staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and requests were handled promptly. There are plenty of dining options nearby, making it excellent value for money overall.
GGuest UserClean hotel and good location! The check in process is so easy for foreigner. Easy to communicate with the person in charge at the hotel. Walking distance to go to Kanas Bridge Tower and food area, only 2 traffic lights away from the hostel. They helps me to call for a carpool taxi to go to Kanas National Geopark with the good price, same as local price even you are foreigner! Thats the most i love about travelling around Xinjiang! 10/10 will come again for sure!
ZZhangzhanghaoThe room was really spacious and clean. The only downside was the long walk from the front desk to the room, especially dragging luggage through the snow, which was a bit of a hassle. However, the staff were very helpful. Overall, the environment was very quiet and comfortable, haha! Each house even had a snowman outside, I just forgot to take a picture. Full marks overall! 💯
GGuest UserExcellent hotel with hot spring facilities at the foot of Mount Tianshan. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our white Xmas stay at the wujiang resort and it is only 10 mins walk to the tourist centre for the stunning tianchi and bodega peak of the tianshan range. The only drawback is the limited food choices available in the area. There are not many tourists due to the low tourism season but we are definitely not complaining about it at all. :)
SSiyuexiaomengI initially thought this was an old-fashioned guesthouse-style hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised by how excellent everything was, from the facilities to the service. The service felt on par with a star-rated brand hotel, truly exceptional. It's hard to describe, but it felt very international, with staff who were incredibly courteous, polite, and yet very approachable.
The young man who picked me up, Ma Bing, helped me with my luggage and escorted me to my room. I ran into him again at dinner, and he was proactive and enthusiastic, immediately approaching other guests who looked confused to offer assistance. Later, I met Manager You on the way to dinner. The place is quite large, and I was a bit lost, so he kindly offered to lead me to the restaurant. As he walked me there, he even took the time to tell me about the hotel's phases one, two, and three.
Every staff member was impeccably dressed, exuding a strong sense of etiquette and professionalism. Their service was warm and attentive, yet they also knew how to give guests their space – that's the kind of vibe I got. I particularly loved the bathroom fixtures in the Stargazer Room; the toiletries were also fantastic. They provided both reusable towels and disposable ones, two types of tea, and two kinds of coffee sachets. There were metal hangers and a washing machine – clearly designed with guests who might need to wash clothes after getting dirty on the grasslands in mind. The slippers were also great... there were so many thoughtful details like these, all designed to meet the needs of different types of guests.
Even though the weather wasn't great when I woke up, seeing sheep running outside my window still brought me so much joy. I wrote all this because I genuinely love this hotel, and I hope Ma Bing and Manager You both have happy and joyful lives.
