Highly recommended! This was my first time visiting Altay, Xinjiang. The hotel was easy to find, and the customer service contacted me in advance via WeChat to discuss everything. (520522) First, due to the weather at the end of November, the refund and cancellation services were very considerate. Second, the hotel facilities were complete. The underfloor heating was on from the entrance, making it very warm. The lobby reception area combined with a water bar had delicious drinks! Guests were thoughtfully offered ginger tea upon arrival to ward off the cold. Third, the room was clean and tidy; I couldn't find a single fault. The toiletries were excellent, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. Fourth, the food selection was extensive; I feel many high-end hotels don't offer this level of food and drinks. Finally, the service!! So warm and attentive. Free parking; remember to scan the QR code at the front desk to get a parking voucher before going downstairs. Thank you for the hospitality; I will definitely come again!

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, just a 15-minute drive away, with ample parking. It has a 24-hour self-service laundry room and a gym. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the room was clean and tidy. Customer service, especially from Xiao Yu, was excellent; they proactively contacted me to arrange my room. My flight was delayed, and the hotel even helped me with a late check-out. The driver for the airport transfer also arrived very quickly. All the services were convenient and seamless. I was very satisfied with this stay. Highly recommend!

Exceed my expectations. We are given complimentary breakfast upon checkin. Bed were so comfy. Accomdation is glass roof for you to gaze the stars. They have small taxicar to fetch u from concierge to your room, and to breakfast area. They have a nice cafe which we do not have time to explore. At least stay 2 days here to enjoy the facilities.

The environment is great, absolutely fantastic. The service is very welcoming, and it's super convenient that there's parking near the hotel. Plus, there are plenty of great food options around. I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back next time.

Highly recommended! The environment is fantastic, surrounded by lush greenery, and there's even a historical exhibition hall. It feels like staying in a park, and the value for money is excellent. The late check-out until 3 PM was a thoughtful touch. On the downside: there's room for improvement in service awareness; the front desk staff weren't very proactive. Also, during the National Day holiday, ordering à la carte was either unavailable or extremely slow, with the only options being mixed noodles and pilaf, which we ended up eating for two consecutive meals.

My stay at the R&F Wanda Vista Hotel in Urumqi was truly exceptional! The Western-style decor immediately caught my eye upon entering the lobby. The Tianshan tapestries and snow lotus lanterns were stunning, instantly elevating the atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming, greeting me immediately and making me feel incredibly attentive. I have to praise Sara, the hotel's housekeeper. After adding her on WeChat, she quickly addressed any requests I had. She was incredibly thoughtful! She also thoughtfully took care of any issues I had with my reservation. The room I was given was the perfect size, spotlessly clean, and odorless. It was a comfortable stay, and I had a great rest. Upon check-out, they even gave the children a small gift. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Urumqi!

After a long and dusty journey, what was most precious was encountering such genuine warmth. A young lady at the front desk, named Xiaobao, greeted me with smiling eyes. Her words carried a unique clarity and sincerity, characteristic of the Northwest. She calmly and efficiently handled all the minor tasks, as if it wasn't just routine work, but rather like brushing dust off the clothes of a long-lost friend. Seeing my bewildered expression, she offered extra advice; when I inquired about local attractions and itineraries, she leaned over with a pen, meticulously outlining details. Such meticulousness went beyond her duties; it was more akin to an inherent kindness and sincerity. The system at my previous hotel had failed to log out my secure session, leaving me stranded at the front desk, helpless, much like an ancient traveler who had lost their transit permit – anxious and embarrassed. Thankfully, Xiaobao came to the rescue, and with exceptional patience and professionalism, she helped me resolve the issue. What was originally just a routine stopover became a memorable highlight of my journey, thanks to this meticulous attention to detail. Across a thousand miles of desert, with the gentle tinkling of camel bells, travelers have always sought nothing more than a lamp, a warm cup of tea, and a kind word. Yet here, nestled among the buildings at the foot of Bogda Peak, what I received far exceeded these simple desires. The grandeur of the Northwest is hidden in its mountains and rivers; the warmth of Hilton is reflected on the faces of its people. My heartfelt thanks to Xiaobao; through her kindness, she truly showed me the meaning of 'a home away from home'. While other five-star hotels I've stayed at might match Hilton's facilities, it's the personal kindness and amiable nature of the staff that truly makes guests feel refreshed and at ease. It is precisely these golden pieces of the puzzle that assemble into the perfect experience at Hilton Urumqi.

This stay was a truly delightful surprise! I was lucky enough to get a free room upgrade, and the room itself was so cozy and comfortable – it really made me feel happy. The guesthouse's location is fantastic, super close to the scenic spots, which made exploring incredibly convenient and saved us a lot of travel time. The breakfast was a real highlight too; there was a great variety and everything tasted delicious, perfect for starting the day feeling energized. The entire experience was excellent, everything was thoughtful and attentive. It was an incredibly satisfying stay, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

The room is very nice. The landlord is very enthusiastic and carefully helped us plan the route. He also brought us homemade apricot jam before leaving. When I checked out, I left something in the room. The landlord directly helped to deliver it to my home. The facilities nearby are also very complete. The room is actually better than the photos. The layout is very reasonable and the facilities are also new. The sanitation is very clean and tidy without any odor. This is still very reassuring. I really met a treasure boss. A very beautiful hotel, except for its somewhat remote location, everything else is great. Regarding the guest rooms, I would appreciate it if the bathroom near the entrance had hand soap and hand towels; otherwise, it felt very inconvenient. Most people wash their hands and rinse their mouths immediately upon entering a room, and without hand soap or anything to use, you have to go into the master bedroom's bathroom to find these items, which is a bit frustrating. How could a hotel with such excellent facilities overlook these small details? The private hot spring had good water flow and temperature, and you could even smell the characteristic mineral water aroma. However, the hot water came out very slowly from the sink, and the shower water was inconsistent in temperature. Finally, the TV couldn't play any programs due to a persistent network problem; I ended up only being able to stream content from a mobile app.
