I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and will definitely be booking again. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. My room was clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious, with a super comfortable bed that made it hard to leave in the morning. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive without being intrusive. I also really enjoyed the breakfast spread, and the view from the room was a nice bonus. For the price, the quality and service exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a hassle-free, high-quality stay.

The beauty of Sayram Lake was absolutely amplified by this stargazing camp. On May 12th, the weather went from clear to cloudy, then overcast, then rain, then hail, and finally ended with light snow, all while being buffeted by strong winds. Although the lake was beautiful to its very core, the cold by its shore made my bones ache. Stepping into this room, wow, it was so warm I almost cried. The room was really unique; after staying in so many standard hotels, this one got my nearly 70-year-old parents as excited as two little kids. They sat by the window gazing at the lake, and even lay in bed watching it. They said it was an experience they'd never had in their lives. The location speaks for itself; it's so good that I almost felt like buying a ticket to drive around the lake was a waste – staying at the camp and enjoying the view was perfectly sufficient. The room was comfortably furnished, and the smart toilet, shower, and washing facilities were all perfectly adequate. Breakfast was incredibly rich and clean, satisfying even the pickiest palates; it's clear the owner puts a lot of heart into running this place. The front desk lady was exceptionally warm and diligent, patiently solving all sorts of guest problems; her service attitude was impeccable. The driver who transported guests and luggage in the little cart was also thoughtful and attentive. The three of us had three suitcases, five large bags, two small bags, and several plastic bags – it looked like we were fleeing a disaster! The driver quickly helped us move everything without letting us lift a finger. All in all, my opinion is that you get what you pay for. Whether it's the hotel's uniqueness, location, or service, it's absolutely worth the price. I've spent thousands of yuan many times in my life, but to have an experience that my parents found so novel and unforgettable for a lifetime, that truly makes it worthwhile.

This hotel is located right by the Grand Bazaar and has a charming, traditional feel. While the room decor and facilities are a bit dated, everything is spotless and well-maintained. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and proactively reached out to me before my arrival. The area downstairs is lively, with plenty of local restaurants, and its proximity to the Grand Bazaar makes getting around super convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic stay.

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment, likely a former state-run guesthouse. Its location is also excellent, just a ten-minute taxi ride to Liuxing Street.
**Facilities**: The room is spacious, with a distinct state guesthouse style.
**Hygiene**: Clean.
**Environment**: It feels like it's built within a park, with many beautiful century-old trees.
**Service**: Good service.
There's also an ice cream shop inside the hotel – I can't quite recall the name, but I think it's the famous网红 (Wanghong/influencer) shop from Liuxing Street.
Since there isn't much to do in Yili, it primarily serves as a transit point. This hotel offers a touch of local charm, and I recommend staying here.

We arrived Urumqi early in the morning, but we got a surprise coming at the hotel. All the staffs were superx3 nice and helpful.
For check-in, a staff not just gave us a super early checkin, but she also got us an upgrade. Another staff was so patient with us to figure out how to help us for the airport transfer the next day, that she offered us an alarm call and help to call taxi to the airport.
For the room, it is spacious, clean and warmly-looked. The settings is nice and comfortable. Toilet is spacious too, convenient for 2 to use at the same time, which I think good and smart. And finally, the special view to the park in autumn was so peaceful.
For location, the hotel is near several attractions and you can take a taxi to Grand Bazzard with reasonable cost.
Definitely and strongly recommended to anybody who come to Urumqi.
This hotel stay was fantastic from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Service was top-notch across the board, whether we were dining or just asking for recommendations.
Speaking of dining, the food was absolutely delicious with a great variety of options, and the environment of the hotel, from the lobby to the common areas, was simply beautiful and very inviting. Our room was also a highlight – it was impeccably clean and incredibly well-organized, with everything thoughtfully arranged for comfort and convenience.
We had a truly great experience and would highly recommend this hotel!

It's a very friendly and relaxed place. The neighbourhood is really nice as well. It's just a short ride from the train station and filled with loads of restaurants and grocery stores and markets.
What sparked my interest in this hostel is that the bathroom is downstairs and the room is upstairs. This way you don't have to listen to everyone using to bathroom and the lights won't wake you up. And in reality it worked really well as well; )
The other thing I liked was that they don't hand out single use toiletries and water bottles which sa⁹fes a lot of rubbish.
The beds and bedding are really comfy if it is just you in the bunk. If you've got an neighbour then the bed shakes everytime someone moves which is a bit annoying.
Unfortunately there's just one big light so everytim⁹e someone needs some light the whole room is brightly lit. A suggestion would be to have multiple lights that are less bright or fit all beds with curtains. Since a lot of people don't know what it takes to be considered curtains would probably safe a lot of grief.
I'll definitely come back when I'm in Urumqi again!
The location is fantastic, with plenty of food options right downstairs. The hotel's decor is unique and the ambiance is great. We even got an upgrade to a terrace room, where you can take influencer-worthy photos that look like they're from a trendy cafe. There are lots of shelves, which are super convenient for storing things. Plus, they offer a shuttle service to the ski resort in the morning and evening.
The location is fantastic, right in front of Karakol Lake and Muztagh Ata. The rooms come with oxygen concentrators and humidifiers, though for the oxygen concentrators, it's better to keep a window slightly open, as a completely sealed room could be riskier. The camp also offers a photography package with three professionally retouched travel photos, and all the raw files are provided, which is standard for modern B&Bs. On the downside, the room size is a bit small and cramped, with not enough space for luggage. The buffet breakfast is quite simple compared to hotels in Kashgar, offering items like rice noodles, stir-fried vegetables, eggs, and coarse grains.
The accommodation includes scenic area tickets, but you need to register yourself at the scenic area service center first. Dinner is available at the camp, and the menu is as shown in the picture. Overall, the value for money is decent, but it wasn't as surprising as some of the other camps on our trip.

I've finally arrived at the picturesque setting of Kashgar! The B&B experience exceeded my expectations. It's an immersive experience, showcasing a blend of Moroccan style and Uyghur influences. Every room fixture is a work of art, creating stunning photos. The bedding is incredibly soft, and the toiletries are a truly delightful touch of Oriental gemstones! The attention to detail is impeccable. Most importantly, the two hostesses were incredibly welcoming and patiently answered every question we had, offering countless extra assistance throughout our stay. It truly felt like home. The B&B's location is incredibly convenient: about 150 meters straight from the ancient city's west gate, it's a ten-minute walk to iconic landmarks like the century-old teahouse and Rainbow Alley. At night, enjoying a drink and gazing at the stars in the tranquil courtyard offers a tranquil escape amidst the bustle. Opening the window, you can witness the bustling city lights, while closing the door, you can enjoy the tranquility of paradise.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, easy to find on the main road, with a parking lot, convenient parking. The room is spacious and has new facilities. The room is clean and sanitary. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the sink meets hotel standards. The bedding is also very good, and the sleep is very comfortable. The hotel has a washing machine for washing clothes, and the cost performance is very high. I stayed there for a few days while playing in Turpan. The Xinjiang girl at the hotel front desk was warm and polite, and the check-in experience was very good!
AAnonymous UserI stayed for three days in total. The first day was in the North Building, which had facilities similar to Motel 168. The downsides were peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, fixed with tape, and a persistent sewer smell. Given the affordable price, I didn't complain much (the attached photo is from the North Building). On the second and third days, I moved to the Main Building. The room was more than 200% more expensive, but the experience was even worse! There was no place to charge my phone by the bed, which was the most intolerable issue (I stayed for over ten days in Xinjiang afterward, and no other hotel had this problem). The air conditioning was practically nonexistent; ventilation relied on opening the window. Breakfast had very limited choices, basically Motel 168 standard. Service was hit-or-miss; I asked the front desk three times if I could get two key cards, and each time they told me to wait, but I never received them. The only upside is its proximity to the ancient city. Honestly, there's not much else to praise.
DDuoduoaichiluobo1. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was quiet and comfortable, the service was warm and attentive, and the price-performance ratio was excellent. A perfect stay!
2. Excellent location, convenient for travel, exceptionally clean, facilities were complete and undamaged. I would definitely stay here again!
3. Beautiful hotel environment, comfortable bedding, attentive front desk service, and a rich and delicious breakfast. Extremely satisfied!
4. Unbeatable value for money, spacious and bright room, impeccably clean, good soundproofing, and a fantastic overall experience!
5. Simple and quick check-in process, friendly staff, clean and odor-free room, and complete facilities. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserSimply great place! Excellent value for money, the place is full of beautiful vineyards of grapes, the place looks like in a fairy tale. There is a shuttle that comes quickly and efficiently. The room in the shape of a wine barrel is great and clean, the staff is very nice and efficient, they helped us quite a bit. The breakfast is great and varied and there are also vegetarian options. There is a possibility of free laundry, and the reception is really available 24/7. The winery tour was beautiful and the long canal is very impressive. The shuttle from the train to the hotel and from the hotel to the train worked great. To improve - the pool was dirty throughout our stay, other than that it is just an amazing place! We will be back again in the future
GGuest UserThe room was exceptionally spacious, and the late-night congee was excellent and comforting. They even cut the hami melon I bought into small pieces, which was a nice touch. However, there was a noticeable shortage of staff. The dinner restaurant was a complete mess. I ran into a staff member in the hallway and tried to ask for a clothes hanger. Just as I started speaking, someone nearby shouted for a staff member, and they immediately turned and walked away. It seemed like whoever shouted loudest got attention. Eventually, when the staff member returned, they told me to call the front desk to request a hanger. This was a very poor experience. Despite calling the front desk as instructed, the hanger was never delivered.
GGuest UserStaying at the White Birch Forest Resort Hotel while visiting Kanas was an amazing experience! The environment is absolutely stunning. You open the window to views of snow-capped mountains and grasslands. The room has a super cozy, log cabin-style decor, and the service was so thoughtful. They helped with our luggage, recommended sightseeing routes, and even gave us coffee and a souvenir. It was fantastic!
GGuest UserThe decoration is European style, the service is particularly good. When we arrived, it was already very late, almost 1 a.m., and the security guard at the door was very enthusiastic to help us push our luggage. When we left, the security guard also helped us push our luggage and put it away.
ZZhangzhanghaoThe room was really spacious and clean. The only downside was the long walk from the front desk to the room, especially dragging luggage through the snow, which was a bit of a hassle. However, the staff were very helpful. Overall, the environment was very quiet and comfortable, haha! Each house even had a snowman outside, I just forgot to take a picture. Full marks overall! 💯
GGuest UserIt was great, the service was excellent in all aspects. Everyone can bring their children to play; our family came. The hot springs were quite unique. The breakfast was also quite plentiful. Overall, we had a very happy time. Completely satisfied!
SSiyuexiaomengI initially thought this was an old-fashioned guesthouse-style hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised by how excellent everything was, from the facilities to the service. The service felt on par with a star-rated brand hotel, truly exceptional. It's hard to describe, but it felt very international, with staff who were incredibly courteous, polite, and yet very approachable.
The young man who picked me up, Ma Bing, helped me with my luggage and escorted me to my room. I ran into him again at dinner, and he was proactive and enthusiastic, immediately approaching other guests who looked confused to offer assistance. Later, I met Manager You on the way to dinner. The place is quite large, and I was a bit lost, so he kindly offered to lead me to the restaurant. As he walked me there, he even took the time to tell me about the hotel's phases one, two, and three.
Every staff member was impeccably dressed, exuding a strong sense of etiquette and professionalism. Their service was warm and attentive, yet they also knew how to give guests their space – that's the kind of vibe I got. I particularly loved the bathroom fixtures in the Stargazer Room; the toiletries were also fantastic. They provided both reusable towels and disposable ones, two types of tea, and two kinds of coffee sachets. There were metal hangers and a washing machine – clearly designed with guests who might need to wash clothes after getting dirty on the grasslands in mind. The slippers were also great... there were so many thoughtful details like these, all designed to meet the needs of different types of guests.
Even though the weather wasn't great when I woke up, seeing sheep running outside my window still brought me so much joy. I wrote all this because I genuinely love this hotel, and I hope Ma Bing and Manager You both have happy and joyful lives.
