The night view is great, and the breakfast at the restaurant is also good. It's just a bit far from Urumqi's popular attractions. The underfloor heating was really powerful, and there was no humidifier in the room, so I had to make my own (soaking two bath towels and placing them by the bed, plus opening the window). The front desk staff were also very patient. Overall, it was okay.

I was very satisfied. Xiao Sha and Dili at the front desk were very enthusiastic and explained everything in great detail. They also quickly delivered an extra blanket when I requested it. The room had a great view and the facilities were quite new. The bathroom did have a slight odor, but it's sealed so it didn't really bother me. The water heater provided enough hot water for about 15 minutes, which I found sufficient. The breakfast was delicious; I recommend the scrambled eggs with tomatoes and the braised lamb with radish.

The hotel's exterior is fantastic. The whole Yili Hotel has excellent greenery, a quiet, historic courtyard, and many century-old trees. The rooms are also very spacious. That's for the hardware. Now, for the service, it's not as good. Building 2 had good service, but in Building 6, it depended on who you got – some were good, some were just okay. The elevator was a bit of a maze, but these weren't big issues. However, one unacceptable problem was the drainpipe, which was probably too old. It constantly made gurgling sounds, every three seconds, making it impossible to sleep. I ended up having to turn on the air conditioning to drown out the pipe noise to get some sleep. But then the AC made it too hot, so I had to open the window all night. Luckily, it was very quiet outside the window. If you're booking, I suggest avoiding Building 6. Oh, and by the way, the stir-fried dishes at breakfast were delicious, but the main courses were just average.
There were no non-smoking rooms, so the room still smelled of smoke; the hot spring room was about a 2-minute walk from the lobby, which was a bit inconvenient; the hotel staff on duty were very welcoming and even gave us a tour of the hot spring area. The food was mediocre; the lobby was a bit cold, and the food started to get cold before we even tasted it.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the room is spacious and comfortable, the bedding is soft, and the soundproofing is good. The service is warm and attentive, check-in is efficient, and the breakfast is rich and fresh. The location is convenient for getting around, the overall experience exceeded expectations, and it offers great value for money. I will definitely choose it again next time!
Had a wonderful stay! The front desk lady was incredibly sweet, and they even gave me some complimentary fermented yogurt. It's just so popular that I couldn't extend my stay, as they were fully booked the next day. I'll definitely be back!
The Xinjiang fermented yogurt: Delicious!

Staying here felt just like home. From the moment I arrived, every staff member greeted me warmly, which was really heartwarming! They were all eager to help and politely welcomed every guest. The concierge proactively offered to assist with luggage. Being able to order room service was super convenient and quick, and the staff were always prompt and accommodating with any requests, clearly attentive to the guest experience. The hotel even has robots for food delivery, which is efficient, smart, and hassle-free, ensuring great security and privacy. It's fantastic to enjoy meals without leaving your room. Manager Coco's service was excellent as always – very thoughtful and enthusiastic. She pre-arranged my room and even asked about my preferences. The location is super convenient, very close to the airport, making travel easy, only 25 minutes away! The lobby is beautiful and decorated with unique Xinjiang characteristics. I highly recommend staying here! I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance!!
The room was fantastic! It was a private villa with two pools, one outdoors and one in the bathroom. Both were spacious enough to comfortably fit three or four adults. My parents, who are frequent hot spring-goers, immediately recognized the familiar sulfur smell when they turned on the hot spring water and raved about it. Soaking in the outdoor hot spring while it was snowing was incredibly relaxing. The complimentary goodnight milk was also a nice touch. And they even had yak meat and matsutake mushrooms for breakfast, which were absolutely delicious!

The facilities are excellent, the environment is great, and the service is top-notch. The staff are very welcoming and provide detailed information. There are many perks available at different times of the day. The room facilities are exquisite, the environment is good, the TV screen is large, and the windows are incredibly clean, offering a 270-degree view of the mountains for a leisurely experience. The underfloor heating is comfortable and adjustable, and breakfast is rich and varied.

We arrived Urumqi early in the morning, but we got a surprise coming at the hotel. All the staffs were superx3 nice and helpful.
For check-in, a staff not just gave us a super early checkin, but she also got us an upgrade. Another staff was so patient with us to figure out how to help us for the airport transfer the next day, that she offered us an alarm call and help to call taxi to the airport.
For the room, it is spacious, clean and warmly-looked. The settings is nice and comfortable. Toilet is spacious too, convenient for 2 to use at the same time, which I think good and smart. And finally, the special view to the park in autumn was so peaceful.
For location, the hotel is near several attractions and you can take a taxi to Grand Bazzard with reasonable cost.
Definitely and strongly recommended to anybody who come to Urumqi.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a good location, easy to find on the main road, with a parking lot, convenient parking. The room is spacious and has new facilities. The room is clean and sanitary. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and the sink meets hotel standards. The bedding is also very good, and the sleep is very comfortable. The hotel has a washing machine for washing clothes, and the cost performance is very high. I stayed there for a few days while playing in Turpan. The Xinjiang girl at the hotel front desk was warm and polite, and the check-in experience was very good!
AAnonymous UserI stayed for three days in total. The first day was in the North Building, which had facilities similar to Motel 168. The downsides were peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, fixed with tape, and a persistent sewer smell. Given the affordable price, I didn't complain much (the attached photo is from the North Building). On the second and third days, I moved to the Main Building. The room was more than 200% more expensive, but the experience was even worse! There was no place to charge my phone by the bed, which was the most intolerable issue (I stayed for over ten days in Xinjiang afterward, and no other hotel had this problem). The air conditioning was practically nonexistent; ventilation relied on opening the window. Breakfast had very limited choices, basically Motel 168 standard. Service was hit-or-miss; I asked the front desk three times if I could get two key cards, and each time they told me to wait, but I never received them. The only upside is its proximity to the ancient city. Honestly, there's not much else to praise.
DDuoduoaichiluobo1. The room was clean and tidy, the environment was quiet and comfortable, the service was warm and attentive, and the price-performance ratio was excellent. A perfect stay!
2. Excellent location, convenient for travel, exceptionally clean, facilities were complete and undamaged. I would definitely stay here again!
3. Beautiful hotel environment, comfortable bedding, attentive front desk service, and a rich and delicious breakfast. Extremely satisfied!
4. Unbeatable value for money, spacious and bright room, impeccably clean, good soundproofing, and a fantastic overall experience!
5. Simple and quick check-in process, friendly staff, clean and odor-free room, and complete facilities. Highly recommended!
GGuest UserSimply great place! Excellent value for money, the place is full of beautiful vineyards of grapes, the place looks like in a fairy tale. There is a shuttle that comes quickly and efficiently. The room in the shape of a wine barrel is great and clean, the staff is very nice and efficient, they helped us quite a bit. The breakfast is great and varied and there are also vegetarian options. There is a possibility of free laundry, and the reception is really available 24/7. The winery tour was beautiful and the long canal is very impressive. The shuttle from the train to the hotel and from the hotel to the train worked great. To improve - the pool was dirty throughout our stay, other than that it is just an amazing place! We will be back again in the future
GGuest UserI did extensive research as I was traveling alone with three elderly people and wanted a lively yet safe place to stay. I'd read reviews mentioning poor air conditioning and noise, which made me hesitate between this hotel and another for quite a while. However, upon arrival, the hotel upgraded our room. It featured a balcony with a grape arbor, which the elderly absolutely adored, calling it the most pleasant room. It was great! I didn't encounter any of the problems others had mentioned.
LlwywylThe staff kindly upgraded our room so we could be near my parents (who had booked a different room type). They were efficient, professional and friendly throughout our stay. They insisted on helping to carry our luggages to the rooms and proactively changed rooms for us when they discovered a smell before we entered.
We really enjoyed our stay and it was one of the best hotels we stayed at during our trip. Even though they do not provide breakfast, they offer free coffees from their cafe and there were f&b options nearby for a convenient breakfast.
WWeiweidemamaThis is the hotel with the best and most enthusiastic service I have ever encountered. 👍 Whether it is the security guard at the door or the hotel waiter, every hotel staff made me deeply feel the true meaning of the phrase ”hospitable Xinjiang people” 🌹🌹🌹 Thank you for your hospitality and thoughtfulness 👍👍👍
ZZhangzhanghaoThe room was really spacious and clean. The only downside was the long walk from the front desk to the room, especially dragging luggage through the snow, which was a bit of a hassle. However, the staff were very helpful. Overall, the environment was very quiet and comfortable, haha! Each house even had a snowman outside, I just forgot to take a picture. Full marks overall! 💯
GGuest UserThere were no non-smoking rooms, so the room still smelled of smoke; the hot spring room was about a 2-minute walk from the lobby, which was a bit inconvenient; the hotel staff on duty were very welcoming and even gave us a tour of the hot spring area. GGuest UserThe service was absolutely amazing! They proactively helped me with my luggage all the way to my room, and their attitude was so good I actually considered tipping them, as they were smiling the entire time. The hotel breakfast was also one of the best I've had compared to many other hotels; there was a great variety of options, and the taste was pretty good. The environment and hygiene were excellent. Since we're sensitive to heat and the heating hasn't been turned off yet, they even found a fan for us so we could sleep comfortably!
