"The front desk service was excellent. When they found out the air conditioning in our room was broken, they proactively helped us switch to a different room type. Note that the front desk is on the 2nd floor, not the ground floor, so you'll need to take the elevator up to the 2nd floor to check in. The quad room is essentially two connected rooms with a shared connecting door. It's like booking two rooms that are linked together. They still provide you with two room key cards and two power cards, allowing each room to be used independently."
