Great hotel. Great rooms, caring staff. No faults. Very clean. Great breakfast, parking. Will stay again.

It’s a nice enough upper budget hotel but don’t stay in the winter - the heaters are turned on so high and you will need to open the windows but the sound from the street will keep you awake. The beds are very hard. The staff is strict about keeping the key when you leave and don’t seem to smile much. I would recommend closer to the city centre near the duomo or on the other side of Milan where it’s less noisey. Also there are some photos of the recently renovated rooms butt the room I had was not one of them. It can be a little misleading.

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at in Milan through Trip.com, without a doubt. There were absolutely no unpleasant surprises. From check-in at the front desk to the room itself and the service, everything was perfect. The hotel even has its own parking, and the rooms come with a bathtub, which, though not huge, is perfectly functional. I highly recommend this hotel; it's the only one in Milan where I haven't been disappointed.

Each room has a small balcony, but the balcony is really small, and you can put down a chair There is basically nothing around, dirty, messy This SPA is actually the store next door, you need to pay extra

It looks like an old 4 star in the country, not far from the station, convenient for shopping nearby, fast food across the road, Belgian biscuits on the pillows, and the room environment is cost-effective.

The hotel's location is great, about a 10-minute walk from the Central Station, and right by a metro station, making getting around super convenient. The room was a bit small, but fine for one person. However, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic and the views were incredible. My only complaint is that the room rate was a bit pricey during the Winter Olympics.
