Nicely 'hidden away' off the manically busy main street of Soi Buakhao, in central Pattaya. Perfect if you want to be right in the heart of the city, yet once in the hotel it is quite and seemingly far from the madness of the bars and traffic. The rooms, at least the one I stayed in, and by observation those surrounding my room, was very generously proportioned in comparision to many other hotels in the area. It had a fair sized bathroom - bath tub with over shower. The balcony was one of the largest I have had in a room of this class. In fact I'll describe it as huge in the relitve sense, with two large chairs and a table, although it could have accommodated two sun loungers aswell. The public areas are well kept, and the hotel boasts two swimming pools. Breakfast, the only food/meal served here, is a hot and cold self-service buffet style. There was ample selection, although not anything much beyond eggs and toast which could be considered a British breakfast. But then the hotel is catering for multiple nationalities, so that is understandable. You do not have to choose to eat in the hotel, and the rate is reduced if you don't. There are multiple places to find food of many descriptions just outside the hotel, which is most probably why they do not offer further dining options... they do not need to, and in my opinion, it would be a waste of time if they did. Checking in was slow. Any more than one person, or one set of guests at a time, and the sole member of staff checking guests in struggles to keep pace. There are other staff around, but I an unsure of their roll and they show a disinterest with regards to the waiting, or queuing guests. Neither was the check in member of staff very engaging or customer centric. Language was not an issue, I speak a little Thai and my wife is Thai, so is a native speaker. Customer relations/interaction is definitely an area which needs much improvement as this apathy was present throughout my stay and with all contact with hotel employees. Overall a good, roomy, nicely appointed hotel, and one which is not overly expensive. I am sure this would be more than a suitable choice for a one or two week stay in Central Pattaya. It is, or so they claim, a 4 start hotel. I think 4 stars may be just about possible for a Pattaya rating, but it would not achieve such high ranking should it be located in Dubia, Monaco, Jamaica, or a major capitol city such as New York, London, or Paris. Saying all that, would I recommend it? Yes, on the understanding of which city and country it is in, and not for longer than two weeks maximum. But they do need to vastly improve their guest relations at all levels and in all departments, starting at the front desk.

An amazing experience from Day 1. We stayed for 3 nights at this amazing resort in the 2 bedroom sapphire villa and everything was perfect from the spacious and beautiful rooms, super comfy king beds to the wide selection of breakfast spread daily. The only issue we really had was the distance from the resort to the main shopping areas but private transport is readily available in Pattaya so it was a minor one. Families who prefer to just relax in the villa will probably find the serenity of the whole place to be welcoming compared to hustle and bustle of the main streets in Pattaya.

The location is slightly further than the Pattaya city centre, but it’s in an acceptable distance. The hotel is very nice, good quality and worth the money. Inside the room is good, the bathroom it’s just a bit old. But overall I highly recommend this hotel.

The room is clean. The swimming pool is great to relax and swim. 2-3 km to walk to the beach and For the surrounding it is a bit far from restaurants and things to shop around. But easy to travel by grabs cars everywhere. Great experience to stay here.

Отвратительный отель ,от слова ”совсем”!!! Мало того, что на всех эппл картах он значится, как ”закрытый навсегда”, он еще и выглядит точно также. Все вывески отеля накрыты тряпками (скрываются что-ли от кого-то). Грязь лежит на полу, стенах, шкафах, полках, тумбах просто вековая. Первый раз в жизни я сама лично прибиралась в номере, потому что было просто противно класть свои вещи в тумбы и шкаф. Хотели съехать с этого отеля, но так как отдыхали в новогодние праздники - просто тупо не было мест в соседних отелях и были вынуждены остаться здесь (мы отдыхали там 24 дня). Понятие о чистоте вообще на прочь отсутствует. Просили много раз прибрать в номере -бесполезно. Есть спортзал - но такой грязный, просили прибраться там три раза - бесполезно. Нас проживало трое человек, весь месяц нам клали всего два полотенца. Много раз говорили что нас трое - бесполезно, забирают три полотенца - возвращают два. Возле отеля все время дежурит свора собак, не особо конечно агрессивные, но они постоянно лежали на креслах и столах возле отеля (хотя на этих местах должны отдыхать гости, а не собаки). Есть бассейн, но в нем торчат провода оголенные, обесточенные конечно, но все равно мало приятного. Завтраки были сытные, но однообразные в течении всего месяца и острые!!!.До пляжа далеко, минут 25-30 ходьбы. Трансфера до пляжа нет. Пытались несколько раз заказать ланч-боксы, так как рано утром уезжали на экскурсию. Говорили на ресепшен - отвечали ”окей, окей”. На утро на ресепшен ни души, соответственно и ланч-боксов тоже. Кухня есть, но на ней не готовят -вся еда приезжает откуда то на драном тук-туке. Хотели разогреть еду - микроволновка есть, но не работает. Хотели попросить нож (нарезать фрукты) - ножа нет. Вообщем ничего нет для более менее комфортного пребывания. Старались в отель приходить только ночевать. Но все та же свора собак часто нам не давала уснуть. Расписания завтраков нет, как проснутся тайцы, тогда и будет завтрак. Как- то пришли около 8.30 - а там конь не валялся -никого нет, еды нет, посуды нет (((. Кто хочет отдохнуть без комфорта, но дешево - то вам сюда, кто более менее жаждет комфорта, то обходите этот отель стороной!!!

It is a cozy truly dog friendly resort with bungalows. We stayed with two large dogs and felt very welcome. The rooms are simple but clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is good with lots of shops, restaurants and thong to do around.

In December 2022 and January 2023 we spent several weeks in different hotels of the Royal Cliff complex in Pattaya. All 3 hotels have earned the 5 stars, but what we liked best was staying at Royal Cliff Beach Terrace. Great rooms, spectacular views (rooms 428 and 429) and 5 star service. Just great was also the New Year's Eve menu. Royal Cliff hotels is 5 star service in a 5 star park with fantastic pools and breathtaking views, shielded from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya, but in which you could plunge at any time. Simply awesome.

A very pleasant stay. The room was clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. The location is just a few minutes walk from Soi Buakhao, but is surprisingly quiet from nightlife and traffic noise. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

worth a stay! It was my boyfriend's birthday when I checked in. When I went to the room, I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the door. On the bed, I made a happy birthday lettering with leaves. I also gave a cake and a fruit plate.  Since we live by the sea, and the lobby is some distance away from where I went, after check-in, the hotel took us to the room with a golf cart. The funniest thing about the bathroom is that the shower is outdoors, in the open air. We didn't use it, because we saw a lot of ants and leaves in the ground, and we took a shower in the bathtub. What needs to be improved is that the water in the shower is always very hot. It's so cold that I can't adjust the warm water.  The breakfast restaurant is isolated by the river, with beautiful scenery and a wide variety of food choices, but there will be some mosquitoes. There is a swimming pool next to the restaurant, but I saw no one swimming, because the beach is in front of the swimming pool, many people would rather go to the beach 🏖️ to check in and take pictures📸️.  I think it is worth choosing a room with a swimming pool next to it, where you can swim and check in.
