JW Marriott Hotel Sanya Dadonghai Bay

The room was nice and very clean. I tried the hotel's photography service, and the photographer was excellent at making me feel comfortable and took really beautiful pictures. The staff member, Jill, had a great attitude and responded promptly. Overall, it was a good stay with a pleasant experience.

The bay scenery is picturesque, the sand is fine and soft, and the water is crystal clear. Every morning, I'd stroll on the beach, listening to the waves, and it brought such a sense of ease. The hotel service was impeccable; huge thanks to the guest relations 'fox' 🦊 who made me feel so warmly welcomed. I highly recommend it to friends looking for a peaceful and luxurious holiday experience!

It feels like the entire service system at this hotel operates in silos, with no interdepartmental coordination whatsoever. Many staff members seem to be new, only familiar with their own tasks, and there's a complete lack of联动 between departments. I found a gecko in my room, and as compensation, they sent me fruit and a coconut, which ended up giving me a stomach ache for an entire day. The service was consistently subpar, and they kept calling me to ask all sorts of questions. I've stayed at JW over ten times, and this was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had.

On the first day, I added Jill, our butler, on WeChat. Our first room was a bit far from the sea, so I asked the butler, and she immediately helped us switch to a much more comfortable room. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic, which made us feel great. The next day, when they asked about our needs, I just mentioned wanting two extra bottles of water, and when we returned to the room, there were six! We couldn't even finish them by check-out. The pool had quite a few kids playing in the afternoon, but it was well-managed. Breakfast was decent; there weren't a huge variety of dishes, but the staff managed it very orderly, always leading us to our seats. The public areas weren't large but were very clean and perfect for photos. In the evenings, there was a lively band playing on the lawn. The room balcony was very comfortable, and once the sliding door was closed, the room was super quiet and not noisy at all. Overall, it was a great experience, and my child had a fantastic time. I would definitely choose this place again. Thanks to Butler Jill for her warm service!

The sea view from the room is absolutely stunning! It's a great spot for families with kids. The hotel management is excellent; the pool staff always verifies if you're a guest before letting you in. Waking up early to watch the sunrise from the balcony, then heading out to hunt for seashells and crabs – you'll find hermit crabs, small crabs, and even fish everywhere... The hotel breakfast is also very rich and varied. It was a very pleasant trip, and I'll definitely be back!
