The hotel is conveniently located inside Pacific Place. The quickest way to get there by MTR is via Exit F of Admiralty Station. Once you enter Pacific Place, take the escalator up to the third floor, and the entrance is next to Dior. The elevator goes to the L floor, which is the lobby, and the LL floor connects to the Shangri-La and where breakfast is served. The hotel service was very warm and accommodating; they promptly brought extra water and slippers when requested. They even provided a free extra bed for children. Now, for areas that could be improved: The extra bed had a spring base, which was a significant downgrade compared to the Simmons mattress provided at the Grand Hyatt Macau. After a few nights, I felt quite stiff. Additionally, the air conditioning was incredibly loud; my child described it as a bomber plane. The showerhead was also quite disappointing, spraying most of the water on the wall with very little actually hitting me.

The room was very comfortable with a pleasant view. Breakfast offered a great variety of food. The hotel's location is super convenient for both transportation and shopping. Most importantly, the staff's service was exceptional, making us feel right at home.

Staying for four days, the breakfast barely changed. Only the congee was different. The other dishes and fruits were almost exactly the same. The location is decent; it's not too far from Admiralty MTR Exit F to the hotel. However, it's quite hard to find, and we had to ask for directions. Why aren't there signs from the MTR exit?

The hotel facilities are really outdated, like antiques. I stayed here before, and this time I stayed for two days again! Both times, I developed a rash and itchiness afterwards. Last time I didn't pay much attention, but the room carpet is just too old! I'm sensitive to fluff. Also, with the shower faucet, either you can't get hot water, or when you do, it's scalding hot. And the toilet keeps leaking! It makes noise all night long, sigh 😮💨. Everything is old, really old-fashioned! Friends who are sensitive to carpets or have skin allergies, be warned!!

This hotel rivals the Shangri-La in Central, offering both comfort and convenience. Below, you'll find Pacific Place and Hong Kong Park, and the MTR (subway) provides excellent connectivity. The rooms are compact yet great value, with exciting views of Victoria Harbour. The amenities are thoughtful and detailed, and the bedding is particularly outstanding – a true haven after a tiring workday. Breakfast is superb, with a diverse and abundant selection, including a beautiful array of tarts and pastries. The service is prompt and efficient, excelling in both speed and quality. Although the hotel stated that some room facilities were undergoing renovation, I didn't experience any disruption whatsoever, which speaks volumes about their excellent management and respect for guests. I'll definitely be back.

Whenever I travel, I love staying at hotels in Pacific Place, Admiralty. It's convenient and the environment is great! Conrad Hong Kong is a hotel I've stayed at many times, and this time, it happened to be my friend's birthday. The hotel thoughtfully sent a lovely cake! We also got an upgrade to a sea view room, which made for a wonderful stay!

The desk in the room was moldy, and there was a live spider on the bedsheets. I called the front desk, but no one answered for two hours. Then, at 9:00 AM, I was woken up by construction noise. If my flight hadn't been delayed and I hadn't arrived in the middle of the night during a heavy rain, I would have checked out immediately.

The hotel's location is excellent, making subway travel very convenient. The service was also great, and the extra bed they provided was of good quality. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices.

The view is great, but as for the facilities, most hotels in Hong Kong are a bit old. The soundproofing isn't great either; I could clearly hear my neighbors early in the morning. And about the consumption vouchers, if you're going to give them out, be more flexible. If there are too many conditions, you might as well not bother.
