Opened in late 2025 on the Kowloon Peninsula, this 5-star boutique hotel offers 495 elegant rooms with cinematic views of Victoria Harbour. The interiors are filled with designer touches: from handcrafted Loveramics porcelain to Tivoli audio systems and lululemon yoga mats in every room. To say that I was absolutely thrilled is an understatement; you'd want to live there without ever leaving! Needless to say, the staff is attentive and helpful, I will be remembering the breakfasts for a long time, and the overall vibe feels like the Ritz-Carlton in Moscow with a suite! That's the association this hotel brought up for me! We will definitely be back🤍

William and Clare, the staff members, were very friendly. The hotel's social hour had a relaxed atmosphere, and the Victoria Harbour sea-view bar provided excellent views. The room was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The rooftop outdoor pool offers amazing views—a great spot to unwind during downtime—and the 24-hour gym is super handy. William and Maggie were so welcoming, and the overall service was attentive. Extremely satisfied with my stay! I was upgraded to a central sea view room. A big thank you to the hosts, Mike and Jasmine, for their attentive, warm, and efficient service. The hotel has a fantastic ambiance, offers great value for money, and includes quite a few complimentary perks. The vibe at the 50th-floor bar is wonderfully relaxing. With its great location, stunning views, and convenient transportation, getting around was a breeze.

Overall it was a pretty good stay. Mike, acting as the Platinum member butler, was quite responsible and friendly. The view from the room is indeed worth the price, though personally, I feel the value for money is a bit on the lower side compared to other IHG properties nearby, and the room size is rather compact. The sunken bathtub indoors is a nice feature, but I'd recommend bringing a large bathtub liner as the small ones won't cover it. A couple of minor points I wasn't too happy about: the internet doesn't seem to be on the same system as other IHG hotels and the signal was just average; also, the elite benefits were merely so-so—maybe Diamond members get more, but for a mere Platinum, the complimentary drinks were very nice, and the signature hotel cocktail is worth a try.

Overall, my stay at Kimpton TSIM SHA TSUI HONG KONG by IHG was pretty good. Kathy at the front desk was efficient with the check-in process and had a great attitude. The room offered a partial ocean view—not a full view, but it was enough. The bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was decent, so I wasn't disturbed at night. Rachel added me on WeChat and helped arrange a late check-out for me, which allowed me to sleep in a bit—very helpful indeed. There are plenty of convenient dining options downstairs, and the MTR station is just a few steps away. No major complaints, and I'd likely stay here again next time I visit Hong Kong.

The stay exceeded my expectations and the experience was simply fantastic! The hotel is very new with complete facilities, and it was exceptionally comfortable. Arthur at the front desk was amazing—he proactively arranged a wonderful ocean-view room for us with a wide, open perspective. Looking out at the sea just put me in such a great mood. All the staff members were extremely polite and friendly, smiling and greeting guests upon meeting, which created a lovely atmosphere. A special thanks to Rachel for her attentive care throughout our stay; she was always responsive to our requests, making our stay completely hassle-free, and constantly checked in on my experience.
