The service at this hotel is fantastic! Although it's a little bit far from the scenic spots, the hotel provides thoughtful and free shuttle services, which perfectly solved our transportation needs. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a wonderfully pleasant stay for the night and highly recommend it!

The hotel, very good and very nice star very friendly. He don't speak English, but you can use the Translator application to help you. The location is the starting of the river so you can walk through all the labor to get full experience.

If there was a score higher then 5 stars we would give it more. We are so grateful for the most wonderful surroundings but, above all, the exceptional and heartfelt service. Our every need was attended to with love and care. No hotel will go as above as this one will for you. EVERYTHING was PERFECT. A special thanks to Dong who is one of the owners. He treated us like FAMILY. It was a special anniversary for us and we appreciated the kind gesture of beautiful flowers for my wife! The location is ideal. It is in close walking distance to amazing resturaunts, entertainment and dazzling beauty. The room was clean, comfortable and had a lovely view of the river.

The service was great, and the couple running the place were very welcoming. However, the cleanliness and facilities need improvement and updating. The location is further downstream, which makes it quieter than the mid-to-upstream areas, which was nice. The bathroom door definitely needs an upgrade.

Out of all the places we stayed during this trip, this hotel owner was by far the most welcoming and thoughtful. They gave us so many great tips for restaurants and avoiding tourist traps, which was incredibly helpful and showed how much they cared. ❤️ The room and overall hygiene were excellent. It was a very pleasant stay.

This guesthouse was the best accommodation of our trip! The cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were complete and functional. The host was incredibly warm, friendly, and just a wonderful person! Check-in was simple and convenient, and they were very responsive to any issues. They even called ahead to arrange pickup from the station. The guesthouse is right by the river, offering a relaxing and healing stay. I highly recommend it! I'll definitely book here again next time I visit. Highly, highly recommended!

The room was incredibly clean, tidy, and comfortable, with a beautiful view directly overlooking the river. I didn't realize there was a free pick-up service when I arrived, so I made my own way, but the owner kindly offered to drive me to the station when I checked out. You can access the riverside directly from the hotel, which is super convenient. This was by far the most satisfying and comfortable hotel of my entire Hunan trip.
