Phoenix Youran Qingsu Hotel

The room was incredibly clean, tidy, and comfortable, with a beautiful view directly overlooking the river. I didn't realize there was a free pick-up service when I arrived, so I made my own way, but the owner kindly offered to drive me to the station when I checked out. You can access the riverside directly from the hotel, which is super convenient. This was by far the most satisfying and comfortable hotel of my entire Hunan trip.

The room was very clean, the environment was great, I slept very well, it was very quiet, and the service was excellent. The owner helped carry my luggage to the room, and their kiwis were exceptionally sweet and delicious.

The room was clean and tidy, and the location by the downstream Yunqiao Bridge was quiet and close to all the attractions. The owner was excellent, picking us up from the high-speed train station and thoughtfully dropping us off at the bus shuttle station when we checked out. Highly recommended!

The owner was incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel right at home. They were very thoughtful, offering a lot of help and excellent service to guests. My experience was fantastic. It's the best hotel I encountered on my trip.

Facilities: The room facilities are well-equipped, especially the electric curtains which are very convenient. Cleanliness: The room was clean and tidy. We stayed for 2 nights and cleaning service was arranged for the second day. Environment: A standard river-view room, with the Tuo River right outside the window. It was not noisy at all at night, allowing for a peaceful sleep. Service: The owners are both very nice people. Communication was seamless, and they patiently told us the best travel routes and tips to avoid tourist traps. The tickets for the Phoenix Grand Theatre were also booked by the owner at a reasonable price, and most importantly, the seats were excellent. High-speed rail station pick-up: The owner arrived at the high-speed rail station early and personally drove us to the hotel. Miao Village tickets around Phoenix Ancient Town: The owner gave us free tickets for a Miao Village day trip with two options to choose from. We went to Lahao Miao Village and saw the magnificent 100-meter flying waterfall. What's more, the tickets included lunch, which saved us the trouble of arranging our own meals.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The room was spacious and clean, and parking was very convenient, making it easy to unload our belongings. If I ever come back to this area, I'll definitely stay here again.

This was the most comfortable stay I've ever had on a trip. First, I have to praise the host for calling me in advance to ask about my travel arrangements. Since I was taking the high-speed train, they arranged for someone to pick me up, which made my travel experience so much better. Second, the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home – it was very heartwarming. Third, the bed was super comfortable! Highly recommend.

The owner was incredibly hospitable. He helped me with parking, carried my luggage upstairs, recommended some great local attractions, and even suggested a fantastic restaurant that perfectly suited our taste. Highly recommend!

The hotel is right by the river. The lobby was super clean, you can tell the owner pays a lot of attention to hygiene. The front desk staff was very welcoming and even helped carry our luggage to the room. Overall, it was a great experience, and the restaurant recommended by the owner served delicious food.
