"After two and a half years, I'm back at WM again, definitely because my last experience was great, so I had to revisit! 😉😉😉😉😉😉 As always, I booked a garden room, and as always, it was incredibly comfortable 😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌😌 Sai Kung is a place for leisurely relaxation, so the hotel environment is quite important 😜😜😜😜😜😜 I didn't book breakfast, and I specifically chose not to, because a ten-minute walk leads to authentic pineapple buns, milk tea, and local diners – that's our preferred taste! 😘😘😘😘😘 It poured rain, so swimming wasn't an option. However, the hotel's thoughtful shuttle service to Hang Hau MTR station was excellent. I've attached the timetable for guests who might need it! 😆😆😆😆😆😆"

"Hygiene: Quite a few mosquitoes, got bitten a lot. Environment: Very good. The sunrise and sunset are beautiful in the mornings and evenings. Transportation isn't that convenient; it's a bit of a walk to the pier, too long to go on foot, so you definitely need to take a bus or taxi. The green bus drivers, as always, had bad attitudes. Service: Service was great, and breakfast was pretty good too. Next time, I highly recommend buying seafood at the pier and cooking it back at the apartment. The kitchenware, washing machine, etc., are all well-equipped. Excellent value for money!"

"Arrived in Hong Kong late at night, and the hotel upgraded me to a high-floor sea view king room. The room was quite spacious, and although the facilities were a bit old, everything was clean and tidy. For Hong Kong, at a price of just over 600 HKD, you can't ask for more. Plus, when I opened the curtains in the morning to see that sea view, it was a wonderful surprise. There's also a great restaurant on the corner downstairs from the hotel that serves late-night snacks and breakfast, which was very convenient. All in all, I'm satisfied."

"Excellent rating! I booked this hotel for my parents. The staff were very patient upon their arrival, and check-in was quick. They even upgraded the room. It truly lives up to its name as a riverside hotel; there's a beautiful river right next to it, and the night view is stunning. The room itself was spacious, quiet, and clean. My parents were very satisfied. This is definitely a hotel with great value for money in Hong Kong. I'll continue to book it when my family visits again."

"The room was very clean and tidy. We booked a king-sized bed, and both the mattress and pillows were soft. There was also a small sofa bed, which would be perfect if you have kids. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning fan was a bit loud. The hotel also offers a shuttle service, and the surrounding area is very nice."

"This hotel perfectly met my needs: the room and bed were large, with ample space for an extra bed; there was a water dispenser, avoiding the use of single-use bottled water; the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub, offering flexibility; it featured a comfortable office chair and a vanity table; it's very close to the subway station and on the East Rail Line, making it convenient to travel both north and south; the window view was lovely and relaxing, and bikes were available for rent; the lighting was well-designed, allowing for different mood settings; the service was also excellent. I would definitely choose to stay here again."

"Another stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong Sha Tin, and it was still a great experience. This time, I booked a City View Twin Room. The hotel's decor is simple and modern, and among Hong Kong hotels, the room size is quite generous. The twin beds are spacious, so it doesn't feel cramped for two people, and the city view is pleasant. The hotel boasts excellent transportation links. It's within walking distance to Shek Mun Station on the MTR Tuen Ma Line, and there's a bus stop right outside the hotel, making travel very convenient. The surrounding area has a complete range of amenities, with a Wellcome supermarket downstairs and several convenience stores, Hong Kong-style tea restaurants, and McDonald's nearby, making it easy to find food and groceries. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and efficient in their responses. The hotel facilities are well-equipped, and the overall standard is consistently good. Having chosen this hotel multiple times, I will definitely prioritize it for future visits to Hong Kong!"

"Hygiene: The hygiene was quite good; I didn't notice any obvious neglected spots, and the room linens were very clean. The hotel's public areas were also very tidy. Environment: It's located next to the subway station, about a 5-minute walk, so transportation is quite convenient. Service: The room amenities were limited, only providing toothbrushes, a care kit, and sanitary bags. There was no comb or razor. Guests needing these should bring their own. Overall, the service was acceptable, but the handling of a guest's scalding incident was quite lacking. Facilities: The facilities are generally new with no obvious signs of wear. However, the showerhead's water temperature was unstable, which resulted in me getting a first-degree burn on my back. Also, some of the LED strip lighting under the bathroom counter had come loose."

"To be fair and objective, this hotel offers the best service in Hong Kong, hands down! I've stayed in many hotels here, and this one truly stands out! Absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious, and the bed was large, not cramped at all. Every staff member was friendly, and you could feel they genuinely cared about guests, not just going through the motions for a paycheck. The front desk staff were welcoming; even before check-in time, after registration, they'd direct you to the luggage storage. The luggage storage staff were also very polite, meticulous, and responsible – they confirmed the storage duration and required a signature before taking my luggage. Even the non-local staff spoke Mandarin. The cleaning aunties were also very thorough, not cutting corners just because I extended my stay. What touched me the most was the doorman at the entrance – he proactively helped with luggage, and when there were no taxis outside the hotel during a heavy rain, he went out with an umbrella to hail one for me! I'm truly grateful to him! Below the hotel is a huge, well-equipped shopping mall, and it's also connected to the MTR. I will definitely return to this hotel again and again!"

"The service was excellent, and this hotel is a significant upgrade from its Mong Kok namesake. The layout is well-designed, it's very clean, and the shower comfort is also superior to the Mong Kok branch. Besides the location being less convenient than Mong Kok, it surpasses it in every other aspect. The breakfast was satisfying, primarily Western style, though I'd suggest adding a couple more salad options. The Chinese food wasn't particularly noteworthy. The air conditioning was very cool, but the noise was unusually loud, which might be an issue for light sleepers. The mini-fridge had excellent cooling. If the price is right, it's a great choice."
