As a homestay, the room was incredibly clean and odor-free, making for a very comfortable stay. You could tell it was meticulously cleaned. I even extended my stay by an extra night! The owners were also very warm and conversational, recommending some fantastic local restaurants. The braised horsehead fish was so good, I went back for two days in a row! The beach is right in front of you, which is really convenient for swimming. Just be aware that there are sometimes rocks in the water, so it's best to wear beach shoes.

The B&B's location is excellent, right in front of Queen's Bay. The hotel next door had beach concerts and even fireworks in the evenings, but they finished early so it didn't disturb our sleep. The facilities are a bit old but well-maintained, and the room was spotless with all the necessary amenities. The host was very welcoming, helping us with our luggage up and down the stairs, and their restaurant recommendations were spot on. There's a pool in the small courtyard, which is quite deep, and the kids had a blast in it, making great progress with their swimming. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to the Wuzhizhou Island Tourist Center. It also has a small pool, and just outside the yard, you're right by the sea. With beach bands, surfers, and music parties, Houhai Village comes alive at night, vibrant and full of local charm and character. The proprietress is incredibly warm and accommodating. For anyone coming to Sanya who wants to get an early start to Wuzhizhou Island, I highly recommend staying here for a night.

Overall, it was good, mainly because of the people, especially the young and enthusiastic owners who came to pick us up at the village entrance. The bar next door has a great atmosphere; it's the first time I've seen a beach bar like that! Plus, they were very friendly and closed promptly at 11 PM.

The room was decent, but this area has a lot of guesthouses, so there are many other options. The two hotels next door have evening entertainment, which can be a bit noisy.
