Coral Hotel Sanya Wuzhizhou Island

I highly recommend the Wuzhizhou Island Coral Hotel for a perfect family stay! The butler service was exceptionally proactive, reaching out to communicate before and after check-in, which was very thoughtful. The hotel grounds are expansive, the bedroom is spacious and comfortable, and the kids absolutely loved the hotel pool. The most delightful surprise was during the early morning and evening. Before day-trippers arrived or after they'd left in the evening, the entire beach was quiet and uncrowded, allowing us to enjoy the stunning sea views all to ourselves – the ambiance was incredible. Breakfast offered a wide variety, and the fresh fruits and vegetables, along with the various freshly squeezed juices, were my favorites. The check-in and check-out process for the island was smooth and quick. While the dining options on the island aren't extensive, the food was consistently good, and the ice cream and grilled sausages from the stalls were delicious. If I get the chance next time, I'll definitely come back for another two-day stay!

The room we got was great, even though it was quite a walk from the lobby and all the facilities. For families with kids, it's a perfect choice, and the view gets a 99 out of 100! Service quality was a mixed bag; some staff members were excellent, while others weren't so good. Overall, the location is fantastic, the views are stunning, and although the facilities are a bit dated, they seem to be continually improving. There's still a lot of room for improvement in management, though.

The hotel is located on Wuzhizhou Island, and the environment is excellent! You don't have to rush back after enjoying the island; you can just relax and enjoy the sea breeze. The airport shuttle service provided by Li Cai was great, very professional and responsible! The car was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend that anyone with enough time stays on the island for a night. It's incredibly convenient! The sea-view room was beautiful, the food at IPK restaurant was delicious, and there's a hotel shuttle readily available for getting around. Plus, the pool water temperature was super comfortable!

The hotel grounds are quite spacious, filled with palm trees, and just strolling around gives you that perfect vacation vibe. You can go swimming right downstairs, and there's a shuttle bus to take you to the beach. A walk along the beach in the evening, with the sea breeze, is very therapeutic. The breakfast offers a wide variety, and the carrot juice is especially delicious! The bed is also very comfortable. Overall, it's a good stay.

The service was good. The hotel isn't brand new, but it's still well-maintained. The views from the hotel are lovely, and they offer a shuttle service to and from the pier. My room's air conditioning broke, so they moved me to a different one.

Aside from its good location, being the only hotel on the island, the overall experience was truly disappointing. For the price, the service was quite mediocre. Not having a laundry room was one thing, but they charged extra for laundry service. Check-in was only at 3 PM, and they rushed us to check out by 12 PM. The room facilities were old and outdated, which I could overlook, but having two large mirrors directly facing the bed was absolutely bizarre. I was afraid to sleep at night because it felt so creepy. The lighting control was also an issue; one light couldn't be turned off all night.

I visited 5 years ago and had a great experience. This time, I brought my child, and the facilities are a bit dated, but it doesn't affect the overall enjoyment. The breakfast was excellent!

Staying at Coral Hotel is definitely worth it when visiting Wuzhizhou Island. The room was spacious, the facilities were brand new and very convenient. There was even a bathtub on the balcony! The hotel kindly upgraded us to a 180-degree sea view room, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. Sunbathing downstairs offered a completely different experience. Plus, the hotel provides a free VIP channel to the island and full shuttle service, which was very convenient. The only downside was that the outer ring road of Wuzhizhou Island was under construction during our visit, causing some noticeable vibrations. I'd love to go back again next time!
