Hotel ICON

Very satisfied. Great view and convenient location, will definitely book this hotel again. The only minor flaw is that the curtains couldn't be fully closed on the side, leaving a gap that let in light right toward the head of the bed, which is a bit unfriendly for daytime sleepers. Also, none of the trash cans in the room had bin liners, which felt a bit unhygienic. I hope these two points can be improved.

Convenient location. Although it's a bit far from the subway station, it's very convenient for dining and shopping. There are convenience stores, McDonald's, and fast food restaurants nearby, which is very handy. It's also very close to ALO.

The food and accommodation are both excellent, highly recommend this Hotel ICON. The location is acceptable. I especially recommend their buffet, it's delicious. The hotel lobby, service, and hospitality are very friendly, and there are many international guests.

The room is fully equipped with complimentary drinks and snacks in the fridge. The capsule coffee maker, direct drinking water system, and small Bluetooth speaker are all very useful. The view from the window is quite nice. I tried the hotel's Tian Wai Tian Chinese restaurant, the second-floor buffet, and the first-floor lobby lounge, and the food quality was great. Overall, the service attitude was excellent, and the location is very convenient for getting around.

I've stayed at Hotel ICON several times, and it never fails to impress. As a teaching and research hotel for The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, the service is polite and thoughtful. Many PolyU students work here, and they are genuinely warm and attentive. The location is unbeatable—very close to Hung Hom Station and directly connected via a footbridge, making getting around a breeze. By Hong Kong standards, the rooms are remarkably spacious, featuring a sleek, minimalist design, soft and comfortable bedding, and spotless bathrooms. The complimentary minibar is replenished daily, showing great attention to detail. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views, with some room types overlooking Victoria Harbour. The vertical garden in the lobby is a standout feature, and the entire ambiance is quiet and elegant. The environment, cleanliness, and service are all top-notch. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hong Kong, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Hotel ICON is a fantastic hotel! The Victoria Harbour view is absolutely stunning, and I even got to see the National Day fireworks display. The service was also superb!
