My second time staying here. The service, cleanliness, and location are all good. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Hong Kong. It's about a ten-minute walk from the MTR station. The breakfast selection is also quite good.

Extremely satisfied 👍 The environment is beautiful, the facilities are complete, comfortable, spacious, and bright. Housekeeping was very prompt, and all staff were polite and courteous. The entire hotel exudes a fashionable charm. The ninth-floor pool was so captivating. This stay was excellent.

I was quite satisfied personally; the service was pretty good, and it was clean. But why do we have to wait until 3 PM for check-in? I arrived at 12 PM, and they said the room wasn't ready, so I had to store my luggage and go out. When I came back at 2:30 PM, they still said it had to be 3 PM, not a minute sooner. It was really hot, and I was all sweaty, but the lobby was freezing. Waiting there was very uncomfortable. I hope they can improve this and be a bit more flexible. I didn't feel much difference in treatment between speaking Mandarin, a foreign language, or Cantonese, which was good. Maybe it was because I was mixing languages when I spoke.

Facilities: Many thoughtful details, like the fast-charging ports – just bring your cable! Much better than other hotels in the same class. Environment: Met my needs, quite quiet. Service: Very professional. They helped call a taxi and carried my luggage. Enthusiastic and proactive. Complimentary Minibar: A great variety of drinks, very satisfied. City View Room: You can see Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Partial Sea View Room: You can see more than half of Victoria Harbour, very satisfied. The taxi driver mentioned that the hotel's buffet is the best in Hong Kong and requires booking half a month in advance.

I booked this hotel for a concert and found the location to be excellent – just a skybridge away from the Hong Kong Coliseum. The hotel facilities are also great and very new. The staff were super warm and provided attentive service. I especially want to praise the hotel pool; the outdoor setting was fantastic. It was a truly pleasant trip.

Everything was great, amazing room. The view was also super. There's an audio speaker and iPhone chargers, no adapter needed. Really loved the service.

Everything was simple and clear, good housekeeping, a mini-bar, and dinners. The deposit was unnecessary though; I still don't understand why they took it, but the refund only took a minute.

We actually stayed in a twin room with a partial sea view, and it was fantastic! The night view of Victoria Harbour was stunning, and the rocking chair was so comfortable I wanted to buy one for myself. The shower space was cleverly designed and felt spacious. The whole hotel is full of thoughtful design touches everywhere, and the sea-view pool has such a great vibe! The breakfast was a delicious mix of Chinese and Western dishes, and the French restaurant in the lobby lived up to its excellent reputation!
