Good location, have 2 bed rooms, it's really comfortable for traveling as a group. The breakfast is nice and staff really helpful and kindness, really recommended this place ✨️✈️

My stay at Lancaster Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. After an unfortunate experience with another property, I arrived feeling completely disheartened. From the very moment I stepped into the hotel, I was met with a level of warmth and hospitality that instantly put me at ease. I was graciously welcomed and personally escorted to my room by Kahn, whose professionalism, kindness, and genuine warmth set the tone for what would become an unforgettable stay. What truly distinguishes this hotel is the consistency of its service. Every member of staff embodies attentiveness and sincerity, creating an atmosphere that feels both refined and deeply personal. So impressed was I by the experience that I extended my stay by an additional two nights without hesitation. A special mention as well to the restaurant team. Although I did not catch one gentleman’s name, his service was impeccable, along with Tan/Tian, who were both exemplary hosts. It is rare to encounter such a seamless blend of elegance, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. The property itself is beautiful, but it is the people who truly elevate the experience, making every guest feel valued and exceptionally well cared for. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a stay defined by sophistication, warmth, and world-class service. My sincere thanks to the entire team at Lancaster for turning an unfortunate situation into a truly remarkable experience.

Nice new hotel. Spacious apartment and serve good breakfast with slight changes everyday. Gym is good.
