This was my second visit. Last time it was during their soft opening, and now it feels about 80-90% open. Haha. Last time there was only a pool, but this time they've added a gym, sauna, and breakfast restaurant. The breakfast restaurant's ambiance was really luxurious, but the taste didn't quite live up to my expectations. The gym still felt a bit bare, as if not all the equipment had arrived, and two of the treadmills weren't working. The sauna, however, was fantastic! At the pool, they ran out of towels, and there was no staff around, so I had to call someone on my phone to bring them. After that, though, a staff member was consistently present. Last time, our room had a microwave, but this time it didn't, which was inconvenient. It seems some rooms have them and some don't. Still, I booked last minute, and the staff were friendly and efficient, and they even granted a late check-out like last time. The location is a bit tricky; Grab only seems to pick up from one specific spot nearby. Xanh SM taxis usually find it better, but overall, the location is still awkward. It's a bit confusing to get inside. There's a 7-Eleven convenience store out front, a Circle K next door, and a movie theater. There's also a pretty good cocktail bar nearby. They also have a kids' room, which my baby absolutely loved. It seems they paid more attention to room cleanliness compared to my last visit. In the sauna shower, there was no hot water, and the water pressure was weak. The water pressure in the room was also a bit weak. Despite these small issues, the room was spacious and the staff were friendly, so I still enjoyed my stay.

I traveled with my parents, so I opted for an apartment-style room. I had some concerns before arriving because I'd read reviews saying the hotel, being newly built, wasn't fully completed yet and that there was construction noise. However, the facilities were incredibly clean, and the room condition was excellent. While it seemed like construction was still ongoing, they didn't work at night, and we were out sightseeing during the day, so we weren't bothered at all. The pool and gym were already finished and available for use. We had breakfast every day of our stay, and the quality was superb. There were small, live-cooking stations like an egg zone and a noodle zone, and for drinks, they freshly blended or juiced fruits and vegetables. Most importantly, the service from the restaurant staff was truly outstanding. Furthermore, from the front desk and bellmen to the facility maintenance staff, the service from every single hotel employee was the best I've ever experienced at any hotel. I usually don't bother writing reviews, but I wanted to make sure to mention the names of the staff who were exceptionally kind, so I even made sure to get their names and am taking the time to write this. Mr. Tien, Restaurant Manager; Mr. Tai, Bellman; Mr. Pham, Bellman (the photo I took was blurry, so I couldn't get his full name, but I'm attaching the photo). All the other hotel staff were also incredibly friendly, and thanks to them, we made even happier memories.

I was really happy with the unique breakfast tableware, and the location is convenient. The only downside was finding ants on the bed at night and beetles in another room, but when I told the staff, they came to deal with it right away, which was good.

Let me give an honest review. I didn't hear any construction noise, but there was a lot of dog barking from the surroundings. I guess you wouldn't hear it on higher floors. This is where something puzzling happened. All Chinese, Koreans, and other Asians were assigned to low floors (7, 8, 9), while Westerners were exclusively given rooms on the 15th floor or higher. I initially thought it was a coincidence. Then, I entered the breakfast area at the same time as some Westerners, and no one attended to me; I was completely ignored. So, I found an empty seat and sat down. Much later, as I was about to leave, they finally asked for my room number. If you go for breakfast after 8:30 AM, there are no cups, no butter, nothing at all. They also said omelets weren't available. But strangely enough, the same omelet that wasn't available for me was made and even personally served to a Western couple. This hotel is extremely ******. I don't understand why Vietnamese people, who are also Asian, would discriminate against fellow Asians. The service attitude and facilities are so embarrassing that it's hard to even call this a hotel. The swimming pool has black grime between the tiles, with leaves and ants floating around. The pool water is very cold, and there's no staff present at the pool, gym, or sauna. While there is a sauna, everything is turned off, so you have to turn it on yourself, but how can you wait several hours for it to heat up? Overall, this is definitely not a 5-star hotel, barely a 4-star, and the service is below 3-star quality. I booked it because it was cheap during its early opening, but cheap places have a reason for being cheap. If you paid more than $100 per night, you should immediately switch to another hotel.

Pro - room is so spacious given apartment hotel with very good price as we understand it opening price as well - location is walkable to many good spot - facilities such as fitness , sauna stream pool is new and well equipped Con - seems like they are not 100% ready yet on manpower For eg we ask for spoon and fork it took almost 2 hrs to get it on - communication was not so clear we ask if they are going to make up room or not they said no but end up with come to make up room - pick up / drop off point is not easy to find most of Grab always confuse luckily the staff name Long support us to call Grab to explain the direction otherwise we need to walk in front of hotel every time. - hot water temperature i stayed in 2 bed bedrooms type if one shower are in use another one the hot water will not working i do msg them in apps on this concern no one reply until now

Everything was exceptional , the only (if) was the breakfast which was a bit poor and when we asked to keep our luggage for the day it took some perseverance from our side to have it accepted. Overall nice and new hotel .

A new, modern hotel. Everything is clean, the staff is trying their best, comfortable rooms, a beautiful pool, and there's a gym, though it's not fully equipped and lacks some machines. My suggestion for breakfast: don't pre-cook scrambled eggs and omelets; these should be made fresh for each guest.

This hotel is brand new and boasts an excellent location right in the city center, within walking distance of the busiest pedestrian street. The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfortable, and all the bathroom amenities are Toto. The decor and furnishings are so thoughtfully designed, tasteful, and no expense spared. You see expensive and beautiful fresh flowers everywhere, and the tableware is exquisitely high-end. Breakfast, which supposedly only started after Christmas, I expected to be hastily prepared given the short timeframe, but it far exceeded my expectations. The dishes were excellent, delicious, and refined. Even though we went near the end of breakfast service, all the items were still fully stocked. All the juices were freshly squeezed, and the coffee was superb. The service was exceptionally attentive; seeing that I was Chinese, a staff member brought me a pair of chopsticks on a tray. When they saw my drink was finished, they would ask if I wanted a refill and then bring one over. Even at breakfast, you receive the kind of service you'd expect at a high-end restaurant. In the room, there's a video intercom, which is super convenient for directly video-calling the front desk with requests, and they respond immediately. The pool is a very clean and beautiful infinity pool. The staff are constantly busy, striving for perfection to improve the decor and service. Perhaps because it's newly opened and not yet well-known, the price is lower than other hotels of similar caliber in the area, at least it was over New Year's. I truly hope this hotel can continue to operate successfully and bring wonderful experiences and memories to even more people. May their dedication and taste receive positive market feedback. My best wishes go out to this hotel; I hope they prosper!
