Hotel Gracery Osaka Namba

Convenient transportation, with the check-in lobby on the second floor offering free coffee ☕️. The shower has great water pressure, and there's even a handy little stool so you can sit while showering. It's very quiet at night and only about a 5-minute walk to Takashimaya. It's also very close to JR Namba Station.

Not bad at all, good value for money. It's very close to Namba and Dotonbori, but the surrounding area is much quieter, with fewer tourists, so you won't be overly disturbed. Highly recommended for anyone coming to Namba.

The hotel's location is pretty good, close to the subway station, though a bit further from the JR. Breakfast was nice, with different Chinese dishes every day, like congee, claypot rice, steamed buns, and siumai.

This is our second stop in Kyoto, and both hotels are 4-star, but you really can't appreciate how good Hotel Gracery is without a comparison. Aside from the slightly small rooms, everything from the facilities to the service is absolutely flawless. Unless you're traveling with two 28-inch suitcases, you won't feel cramped. First off, the room cleanliness is excellent; all the hand towels and bath towels are replaced daily. The amenities are great. There's a self-service coffee machine with freshly ground coffee on the first floor, along with an ice maker and a water purifier, all free of charge. There's also a washing machine and dryer available. They provide various bath powders for soaking, and a bath in the tub is just incredibly comfortable. All the complimentary mini toiletries are from the Sekkisui brand (including makeup remover, moisturizer, etc.). The hotel is very disabled-friendly with comprehensive facilities. Service is excellent: check-in, check-out, and even shipping luggage to our next destination were all smooth and the staff were very enthusiastic. It's also very convenient to get to the subway station and Namba Parks for shopping. Whether for leisure or business, this hotel is definitely worth staying at.

Great location, close to the subway station and within walking distance to Shinsaibashi. Check-in was fast, and there is a coffee machine in the lobby. The room is small, but fairly clean. The only thing I didn't like was the blue duvet cover—it was too slippery, inconvenient to use, and couldn't be removed. Overall, a pretty good stay!

Great location, a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. The Nankai train takes you directly to the airport. The room was small but had a good dry/wet separation in the bathroom. Breakfast was also decent. My only complaint is that the duvet cover was very uncomfortable!
