I specifically set aside one night for The Upper House during my trip to Hong Kong. Honestly, coming from a Ritz-Carlton with a harbor view, there was a slight drop in experience when checking into this apartment-style hotel, even though The Upper House is actually priced higher. The pros are definitely the exceptional service; the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. I was personally escorted to my room, where all the facilities were thoroughly explained. They also offered a complimentary minibar, along with welcome fruits and drinks. Both the bathroom and toilet had grab bars, which is extremely thoughtful for elderly guests. The bedside also featured a service bell and several USB ports, which was very convenient. The walk-in closet had a vanity table and a stool, perfect for sitting down to blow-dry hair and do makeup, rather than having to stand. As for the cons, while the bathroom was quite spacious, the gap between the toilet and the sink was too narrow, making it easy to bump your knees.

I'm so grateful for the consistent room upgrades to a sea view every time I stay, and I really appreciate the exclusive benefits I receive through Trip.com. I truly value it, thank you ❤️. I'll definitely be booking again.
