"The hotel is super conveniently located right outside Kyoto Station's Hachijo Exit. They upgraded our room, which was very spacious. Plus, Aeon Mall is just across the street, so that's incredibly convenient. It's also a short walk to the tourist bus terminal at the Hachijo Exit. We stayed for four days, and the hotel itself is huge, with the lobby constantly bustling with guests. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance."

"The hotel is right next to JR Kyoto Station, a 5-minute walk from the exit, though it took me a while to find it. Check-in is after 3 PM, but you can store your luggage beforehand. The room size was moderate, and the amenities were very good. There are so many places to eat and shop inside the station, and Kyoto Tower, Skyway, and Kyoto Theater are all nearby. Two days aren't enough to explore everything!"

"This is my second stay here! I absolutely loved this hotel when I stayed in Kyoto last July, and I still do! Last year, I stayed in a twin room with a friend, and this year, traveling solo, I booked a king-size room. The room is spacious enough to open my suitcase and still move around comfortably. The bathroom also has a good-sized tub, and all the facilities, as always, are thoughtfully designed and user-friendly. The location is absolutely fantastic. This time, I was traveling between Kyoto and Shiga, and with Toji Station right across the street, it's just one or two stops to Kyoto Station. It's truly a perfect base for exploring the surrounding areas. Both last year and this year, I stayed for four nights, and leaving felt so sad. The price, both last year and this year, was the cheapest among all the places I stayed, yet it was the best experience by far. It's also the only hotel where the front desk staff warmly greeted me every time I came and went. Please, please stay open forever! I hope to be able to come back here when I retire thirty years from now!! 😭😭😭"

"Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's environment is beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable, and all the staff were incredibly warm and polite. The overall atmosphere was very relaxing, and the attention to detail made us feel right at home. The hot springs and the hotel's scenery, in particular, are definitely worth experiencing; it was such a blessing to be able to truly relax here during our busy trip. "Extremely satisfied with this hotel. Traveling with elderly parents and children, we landed in Osaka and headed straight to Kyoto, so we chose a hotel within walking distance from the station, making it easy to manage our luggage. It's only a three-minute walk from the train station (you can see it right after exiting and turning right). The room, while not huge, was incredibly cozy and didn't feel cheap like some budget hotels. The staff were very friendly; my partner loves tea and would ask for extra water daily, which they always provided for free. During our stay, we rarely saw other Chinese guests; it was mostly Western and local guests, and breakfast was always quiet. There are tons of restaurants near the hotel (a sushi place within a five-minute walk was super delicious and great value for money). Plus, there's Isetan department store right next to the station for shopping – it couldn't be more convenient! A taxi from the hotel to Kiyomizu-dera Temple cost about 1800 JPY, and to Takashimaya, it was roughly the same price. At 9 PM, you can enter the station and take the escalator to the top for a free panoramic view of Kyoto's nightscape. All in all, I'm very satisfied and would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit."

"The hotel's location is fantastic! The room was also very clean, and I was really happy with the check-in experience and the housekeeping during my stay. Breakfast was decent, and a big plus was that the hotel restaurant is open all day, offering free drinks and disposable cutlery. It's a great spot to relax or to bring your own food to eat there, which was incredibly convenient! My only slight dissatisfaction was with the 'medium room' type; it had a long corridor that was practically useless, yet it cost significantly more than a standard room. Overall, I was quite satisfied and would choose this hotel again if I have the chance."

"The hotel's location is pretty good, less than a ten-minute walk from Kyoto Station, with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it quite lively. The hotel facilities are nice, mainly because it's new. The front desk service was just okay, mostly staffed by young, good-looking guys and girls. The room itself was very clean and quiet, with comfortable air conditioning. There's also a dehumidifier/humidifier combo unit available for use. The public bath is on the basement level; although they alternate different bathhouses daily, the decor is almost identical with little variation."

"It was extremely hot during our stay in Kyoto. Fortunately, the hotel is located right next to Kyoto Station, which made getting around much easier and helped us save energy in the intense heat. We chose to pay extra for larger rooms, and they were spacious and comfortable. Since we had a late evening flight, we paid around JP¥14,800 to extend one room until 6:00 pm for a late check-out. While it was convenient, we felt JP¥14,800 was quite expensive for just a few extra hours. One thing we found surprising was that hotel guests still had to pay extra JP ¥1,000 per person to use the swimming pool. We thought this was rather unusual for a hotel of this standard."
