The location is central yet quiet, and the front desk staff are incredibly friendly with genuinely warm smiles. The bellhop was very dedicated. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and roomy – an excellent value for the price in Ho Chi Minh City. There's a great pho restaurant within a ten-minute walk. Even though I only stayed one night, my overall experience was fantastic!

Family friendly hotel. The staff were all very helpful. They even help deliver my grab food to my room. There is children playroom, snooker and gym room. August these amenities. Best was the washing machine with dryer, love it.

The family suite was well-designed and perfect for a family of four. However, the service didn't match the price, especially during peak season, where it definitely needs improvement. No one helped with our luggage. One lady at the front desk was completely unsmiling throughout and became very impatient when we struggled to communicate in English. Thankfully, there was a kind gentleman with glasses who spoke Chinese and was incredibly helpful – he was a lifesaver!
