DON'T BE FOOLED! DO YOUR RESEARCH The photos are of course misleading but the "host" we found was deceptive. We booked 2 double rooms (for 4 people) and a then a 2 bedroom apartment with what was advertised as "an extra bed can be added" (for 5 people). The "extra bed" was a thin mouldy mattress without bedding- had to specifically text to ask for this. The host knew there was 5 people staying in this room at time of booking. All rooms were poorly maintained and NOT clean. Towels were smelly. Shower clogged. One room for 2 people had 2 glasses - not even a coffee cup. Microwave was taped to hold it together. Mould - specifically mushrooms growing from under the leaking air conditioner. Pool was lovely but you need to register each time to use it and specify when- you cannot just get in for a dip whenever. Security was on a power trip - immediately hounding a 60year old lady to get up after she sat on a concrete bench around a garden - she was as heat distressed. Guard was extremely rude - after all 9 of us descended from our rooms for departure with our luggage we were immediately told to leave the foyer with our luggage or we would be fined. Luggage allowed only in the service elevator which smelled of garbage. At the end of a wonderful 16 day trip this accommodation spoiled our holiday to this beautiful country. We stayed in many different types of accommodation from luxury to budget and this was the worst of all. We had a really nice stay overall! Although there was an unexpected issue with our original apartment, the host was very responsible and arranged another apartment nearby for us. We were actually happy with the change, as the new apartment had a beautiful view from a high floor. We also loved the convenient location, especially having a 7-Eleven nearby for snacks and essentials.

Stayed 5 nights. The management supportive in all aspects. We will certainly come back & highly recommendable.

Location is good but not so good when getting grab and went back to hotel as the traffic in vietnam is heavy. For the room is big and comfortablecan stay with family as well.

The service is amazing,the apartment is very cute and beautiful and well organised and clean,the staff support was 10/10, I totally recommend it,and definitely will book again on my next trip
