Downstairs, there's a convenience store and a Japanese restaurant that always has a queue, and the food is pretty good. There are several food stalls about a 5-8 minute walk away, perfect for late-night snacks.
2. **Facilities & Environment:** The room is very well-equipped with a microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, iron, and hairdryer. There's a laundry room downstairs, and an infinity pool on the rooftop (closes at 9 PM).
3. **Cleanliness:** The room was very clean when we checked in. If you're staying for multiple days and need cleaning, you'll have to request it at the front desk, and they'll arrange it for the afternoon. However, there was a noticeable sewage smell from the kitchen sink and bathroom, which was quite strong. If you're sensitive to smells, you might want to reconsider.
4. **Hotel Service:** Check-in is strictly at 3 PM. If you arrive early, you can only store your luggage. Also, a cash deposit of 200 MYR is required, so be sure to prepare it in advance. The deposit will only be returned after an inspection upon check-out. The front desk staff doesn't speak Chinese, so you'll need to check in using English. It's a good idea to have your booking information ready beforehand.
