"Love this hotel very much. Except the breathtaking view is true to the pictures online, also the attentive service from the reception and housekeeping. Dinner at the hotel is suggested reserving first(they sent email to remind me to do so) and the food and the waitress is nice. They also have a snack bar and swimsuits for purchase.
The room design and color tone is really relaxing and functional. The hot tubs outside is so good not only for photos but also for soothing and relaxing the body.
Recommend for staying 1-2 nights here during the whole trip."

"Hepburn is a very quiet town, so this hotel is quite good in comparison. It's an older-style hotel with no elevator, only stairs. By 7 or 8 PM, there were no supermarkets open for shopping. Overall, if I were to stay in the area again, I'd choose Wicke (assuming Wicke is another location/hotel name, otherwise it might be a typo for 'Wick' referring to a brand of essentials)."

The cleanliness was also excellent, and the beds in the standard room could be pulled apart. Plus, the guy at the front desk was quite handsome. "Easy to find. Beautiful views from the farm property. Friendly ducks,geese and. rooster to greet you in the morning. The room is clean and comfortable for the one night we stayed. Easy checkin and departure. The rooms are much nicer than the pictures on line. I would recommend it for the price."

"Cosy room, spacious toilet. Although well equipped, the shared kitchen was rather small, I can't imagine having to share the space with other guests. Also, the electric cook tops take a really long time to heat up! They had an espresso machine which you could use to make coffee. The rooms were completely self check in/out, and we didn't see any staff."

"Loved this hostel. Kitchen was very clean. There was a separate area for toaster, sandwich maker and a fancy coffee machine. There was complimentary hot chocolate and cookies. The fridge was huge. It was a Liebherr. The outdoor area even had a BBQ machine. The bathrooms contained both showers and WC so it can be a wait in the mornings. There is a towel warmer in bathroom. The bunk beds can do with more privacy."

Hygiene: Clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.
Environment: Great location, right by the sea with ocean views.
Service: The front desk manager was very welcoming and thoughtful during check-in, even helping guests with their luggage. However, the housekeeping department was poor. They unauthorizedly opened and discarded items that guests had left behind in their room."

Unexpectedly, the hotel is opposite the XHS net red lobster shop. It is very clean. It is very quiet. Although it is full, the guests have a very small voice. The shared bathroom is not expected to be so clean. It seems that the quality of the guests is very high. We also cleaned up the kitchen used for breakfast. It feels good.

AAnjingdecunzaiThe room is not too big, but it is warm and well-equipped. It is close to the starting point for the Blue Ice Cave the next day.
Service: Self-service check-in. The room password was not sent in time, but Ctrip was awesome. It was quickly resolved after contacting customer service. It was great.

The kitchen is a bit narrow though
Most kitchen utensils and sauces were provided.
It was good to use too
There was coffee left in the microwave that seemed to have been left behind by a previous traveler.
There was a little hair sometimes.
However, it was good for use by a family or more than 3 people.
I also liked the photo zone created on the hill.

卢卢赛The location is better to find, when you are on the 1st highway, you can see the steeple church on the north side of the uphill slope. The hotel's environment is comfortable and clean, the breakfast is simple, and all the ingredients needed for the sandwiches are made by themselves. This is basically the case in Northern Europe. The hostess is warm but feels a bit harsh.

AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is still some distance from the town, but it is convenient to drive by yourself. The surrounding environment is OK. It is directly facing the snowy mountains. There is a beautiful lake next to it. The horse raised by the owner outside the room, but the room is not clean. There is a dead fly on our bed. The sheets are not clean. The room also has oversized mosquitoes, the bathroom and kitchen are shared, the basic supplies are also available, not worth the room rate, it is the least clean hotel around the island.

TTan Wei ChingCheck in and accommodation is not the same location and is about few KM away and the Waze is not really accurate to arrive at reception we stop and asked a villager. At the same time reception also a restaurant.
The parking space is very dare at night, actually the whole building also looks dark because we arrived in dark due to locate for the check in place.
Other than that everything is good in the room and also in the share kitchen
