We booked two rooms, and one room got upgraded to a corner suite upon check-in. Both rooms were very clean with a very nice ocean view. The breakfast at the lounge and in the room was superb, excellent food. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the bellmen at the entrance. Will definitely return again next time in Busan.

Staffs are nice and helpful especially the gentlemen of concierge services. Had lunch and breakfast at 32/F dinning room. Food is delicious and sufficient choices of breakfast buffet.

The location is great! Even though we didn't book a sea-view room, we could still enjoy stunning ocean views from the hotel's gym and restaurant. The staff were all very polite and enthusiastic. The only slight downside was the room facilities. Overall, it was quite dim, with no bright lights. When we first checked in, the shower had a slight sewage smell (perhaps our room hadn't been occupied for a while), but it was fine after the evening cleaning.

Fabulous hotel with amazing location and views. The lounge and restaurants are on 30/31st floors with plently comfortable seats placed to make the most of it. The gym and pool were of high quality with same views. Food (Italian restaurant) and drinks ( wines and cocktails) were fabulous. Location is great for Haeundae beach with many restaurants and cafes around. Pricy but worth it. Breakfast was too expensive ( S$ 55/ £35 pppn) but lots of cafe options around
