This is ridiculous! When checking out, I found a dessert shop charge on my bill that wasn't mine. I told the front desk it wasn't my charge and left. Four hours later, on my way to the airport, I suddenly got bombarded with over a dozen calls from the hotel. They claimed they had 'double-checked' and insisted the charge was from someone I was staying with, demanding I return to the hotel to pay. I was furious, but I went back. When they showed me the signed receipt, the name on it was 'Shila' – not even a Chinese name! I asked the front desk if they had verified if it was from the previous guest, and they just went silent. After a 10-minute wait, they told me: 'We've checked; it was indeed a charge from the previous guest.' So, what exactly did they 'double-check'? They couldn't even handle such a simple matter, wasted my time getting to the airport, and didn't even offer an apology.

Park Hyatt Busan boasts an excellent location with ocean view rooms offering stunning vistas of Gwangandaegyo Bridge. The room design is sophisticated, featuring Le Labo toiletries. Breakfast comes with breathtaking views, and it's convenient for getting around and shopping. It's a highly recommended luxury hotel in Haeundae.

The Gwangalli Bridge view was great, but unfortunately it rained during my stay. The hotel's services and facilities were pretty good though.

This is an outstanding hotel with amazing views and excellent service. We lost a watch near the hotel, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful in assisting us. We're very grateful that they finally found the watch. We will definitely be staying here again!

Fantastic experience! The breakfast buffet on the 32nd floor offers amazing views with plenty of seating to enjoy the scenery while you eat. We noticed a sewage smell in our bathroom upon check-in, but they quickly changed our room to resolve it.

The room was exquisite and stylish. We were a family of four and even managed to fit an extra bed in the living room. The sea view was absolutely stunning, and transportation nearby was very convenient. We enjoyed evening strolls along the beach downstairs. Extremely satisfied.

The room was spacious with a beautiful view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. I was so relaxed that I didn't even bother going out for meals for several days, opting for room service a few times and enjoying dinner with the sunset. A great place for a holiday.

Aside from the decent room view, all other facilities were quite average. The service was barely satisfactory. At the 30th-floor lobby bar, we waited for a long time after the menu was put down and no one came to take our order; we had to call someone over. When the mango smoothie was served, a piece of mango fell on the floor, and there was no apology whatsoever. However, the service from the front desk and the concierge on the first floor was good.
