The front desk staff are also very friendly. Breakfast isn't provided, but there are plenty of options nearby. The hotel lobby is on the 3rd floor, and there isn't any special security control between floors, so they're all interconnected. However, after staying for five nights, I felt that it was safe enough. Overall, it's a great hotel with high value for money!"

Waking up to that stunning ocean view every morning felt incredibly blissful. And finally, I must highlight the massive bathtub! It's located right outside the living room, allowing you to soak and gaze at the sea simultaneously – pure bliss! Our kids played in it every day and never wanted to get out; it was one of their happiest memories from this trip. "What a chaotic combination of a building utterly unprepared for heavy rain (leaking everywhere, puddles forming) and the Matié management's complete lack of consideration for how uncomfortable guests would be. There was no basic guidance like directing us to the check-in lounge or telling us to use the underground passage when moving between buildings A and B. So, initially, we walked on the first floor, got drenched with our luggage... And with few signs, we were just wandering around. We weren't the only ones. The breakfast buffet is absolutely, definitively not recommended. The bread was old and hard, and they poured commercial orange juice right in front of guests. The seaweed soup was under-seasoned. All this for a 500,000 won stay, and 28,000 won per person for breakfast?! I will never go back. They seriously need to make major improvements. Tsk."

This new apartment hotel, opened in 2026, is definitely worth a try! **Location:** It's right in the heart of Haeundae Walking Street. The building is brand new and can be considered one of the landmarks. It's a 5-minute walk from Haeundae Subway Station and a 5-minute walk from Haeundae Beach. Haeundae Walking Street is right downstairs. **Room:** We chose the two-bedroom ocean view suite this time, and there's only one per floor. The suite has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, perfect for family travel. The toiletries in the bathrooms are very high-end. Disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste need to be brought by guests. The washing machine, kitchen, and microwave are not available for use, and no knives, forks, bowls, or chopsticks are provided; these are only for long-term stays. **Facilities:** This time, I only visited the hotel reception on the third floor, and the lobby is very spacious. On the ground floor of the hotel, there's a 7-Eleven convenience store and a popular cafe and bakery. **Cons:** As a new hotel, there's still a noticeable new-hotel smell, so those sensitive to smells should consider this. **Service:** As an apartment hotel, daily cleaning is not provided. If cleaning is required, advance notice is needed. **In summary,** if your budget allows, definitely go for an ocean-view room. Even if you're on a tighter budget, this place is still highly recommended."

The room facilities and amenities were complete and clean. They even helped us call a taxi early in the morning so we could catch our flight. The hotel is conveniently located between Beomil Station and Munhyeon Station, making it easy to access both Metro Line 1 and Line 2. There are also many shops nearby, including Olive Young, perfect for stocking up on essentials. Finding food late at night is also not a problem. "The toilet and bathroom are tiny. The shower water flows into the toilet area. While there's a kitchen, it's not usable, and there are only cups, no plates or bowls. However, towels are changed daily, and water is replenished. The front desk staff are very polite, and the housekeeping staff are exceptionally friendly.
